Thanx Elanor! Can't believe the show's actually going to happen!!!

I'm going to grab a shuttle bus to the venue, could be fun being on a bus full of Thai X fans!

I´m sure, it will be, some fans did the same in Europa and were going together on a train from London to Paris, you can check it out here at the forum, it was called "the X Freaks Project" or so, so enjoy your time at the shuttle bus and of course at the show :D

He was very nice. Chatted for about 5 mins about the show and where I'm from. He's exactly what you'd expect. Very laid back and friendly!

ROFL NIWAA!! That is amazing; I can see you met him in your new display picture. Good to know he was friendly to you. I've always kind of thought Pata was a bit grumpy..or at least seems that way.

Niwatorinator, you're lucky ^^ I'm really glad for you. Dont know why, but I've supposed Pata to be sort of how you described him

Thanks again Elanor! Spoke to him in Japanese.
I was also interviewed by one of the news stations when I was at Impact. It'll be funny if that actually got aired.

Here's something I thought about in hindsight...
Directly behind me at the concert were 5 Japanese girls, all dressed as hide in the fluorescent green suit. Everytime a certain crew member appeared side of stage, they'd all scream 'INA' in unison. Is it just coincidence or is INA from Spread Bever/Zilch/Dope Headz a part of X's current road crew?

Lucky you ^_^   He seemed to always treat people nicely on youtube videos I've seen, so I always imagine he's a nice and down to earth guy.  I'm glad he was to you.

INA is for sure part of their tour crew. I not only saw him on the stage and cheered at him before the Toronto show (he waved to us) but he also has a livedoor blog with his own pics snapped from all the tours. :)

Awesome! These "hide fangirls" treated him as if he were in the band. They went berserk everytime he went anywhere near the stage, to the point that the Thai fans were were wondering what the hell was going on.
I wanted to get a photo with these hide fangirls but they were sobbing so much at the end of the show, that I just couldn't ask them.
Incidentally, I was listening to them talk to each other before the show, and they were saying (while looking at me) that there weren't as many gaijin at the Bangkok show. I know I shouldn't get on my high horse but these girls would've been about 3 or 4 when I started listening to X! Damn elitists!

INA is part from X crew since Jealousy tour, AFAIK. He is the guy who makes all those effects during the songs and controls the playback stuffs (not only the hide ones, but everything else which isn't played by the members).

He appears as "INA" on the credits only on X JAPAN 2008 Countdown GIG, where he appears along with Sugizo and Yukihiko Tanabe as "support musicians". On other DVDs, you can see him appearing as "Kazuhiko Inada", his actual name, on the credits.

What a positive and heartwarming article.
I’m really glad that the band didn’t cancel the show in Thailand. Those people affected by nature disease really need any kind of help and support. And it can’t be much encouraging when celebrities refuse to visit affected areas :\

" Finally Yoshiki reappeared, in traditional Thai dress.
''I wanted to try this on but they told me it was for women,'' he said shyly. ''So I said it was perfect!'' "

Lol. I supposed there was smth weird about his clothes, but I'm not a good judge of Thai traditions, haha

just got back from thailand. went to the show as well. it was a great show, yoshiki drumming was on fire. the only problem was the sound system, for people sitting in front row, its a little bit too noisy, my friend sit at the back have no problem about the sounds. same setlist, but they perform short forever love for flood victim, its such a magical moment. only 5 percent of the seat are empty.
