Thanks Rafaelo!

Great performance, I just wish they hadn't put the interview clip with Toshi over the second verse of the song.

Actually I'll repost it here as its a new page.

@ rafaelo - Thanks dude for posting the video up!

Aww. . . Toshi sounds like he's about to cry when he he was singing that song. But the lyrics are pretty nice albeit a tad bit vague. I'm pretty sure I can translate it since the Kanji & Hiragana show up on the screen.

EDIT: I think I got the translation down so that it can be understood a bit. Please note that my Japanese isn't 100% perfect & that there maybe some liberties taken with my translation. For every stanza (four lines) I will post the time from where it starts & where the next stanza comes in.

Song title: "Haru no Negai (Spring's Wish)"
Music & lyrics by: Tsuchida ((I'm not sure, but the last name looks like Tsuchida))

((0:19 // 0:47))
Daichi ni ikiru     - The Earth is living
Sei naru yume wo -  Hope changes into dreams   ((The Kanji shown on the screen looked like "sei/bou" [hope], therefore I used the word "hope"))
Ima da samui        -  It's cold right now
haru no hikari ni    -  from spring's light

((0:48 // 1:00))
Kokoro hitotsu     - One heart
Yama wo mokoete   - can even move mountains ((Not sure if that made any sense))

((1:01 // 1:30))
Anata no moto ni, aaah~         -
Douka, douka todokete kudasai - Wherever, wherever, please reach out to me
Kono fukai omoi wo. . .            - This deep feeling. . .
Kono tsuyoi negai de. . .          - To this powerful wish. . .

((1:32 // 1:43))
[Watashi wo mamotte. . .]  - [I will protect. . .]

((2:02 // 2:43))
{INTERVIEW}

((2:44 // 2:56))
Watashi no sobani, aah~ - I am beside you, aah~ ((I will stay here))
Douka, douka wakatte kudasai - Wherever, wherever, please understand me

((2:58 // 3;13))
Kono atatakana omoi wo. . .  - This feeling of warmth. . .
Kono shin'jiru negai de. . .      - This belief in a wish. . .

((3:16 // 3:37))
[Anata wo mamoru]   - [You must protect]
[haru no negai]         - [the wish of Spring]

Here's something I didn't expect to find/happen, a short interview with Toshi two days ago, about his "final" solo concert at Akasaka Blitz.

If someone could translate it that would be awesome. Also does anyone know what song that is that plays during the end with the news presenters?

@ Ulquiorra - Thanks for the video!

@ elanor - You're welcome~ More. . . work. . . **dies**

Anyways, I think Toshi was talking about his charity concert in Gifu. That's all I could make out of it. . . He was mumbling a lot. But the song that was being played is called "Ame Oto" or "Amekei", I think. The song uses the Kanji for "rain" & "sound/music".

Studio version of Asphalt Jungle, I'd never heard it before until a couple of days ago.

Thanks a lot Rafaelo!

Toshi really needs to stop having these vocal issues all the time, he needs to be more consistant than this. I think he pushed himself way too hard in Say Anything, it felt like he sang the whole song way too hard and because of that had trouble at the end. And near the end of Forever Love it almost sounded like he couldn't sing anymore.

@ autumnglitter - That song "Gentle Love for Tomorrow" sounds A LOT like "Made In Heaven". . . or is it just me? =/

@ rafaelo - Thanks for the vids. The "Say Anything" video was nice. . . -(^//3//^)-

Its not just you, it is an english version of made in heaven, except with even more of a ballad feeling than the original.

so I was right, I thought it´s "Made in Heaven" and someone put the wrong title on it

The lyrics "we are the heaven" are still in the song, but yeah the song title for the english version is different.

@ Ulquiorra - Ohh. . . I see. It's pretty nice~

The lyrics actually fit in there nicely instead of feeling forced ((i.e. Vainshing Vision's "Kurenai" for example))

That's one of my favorite songs~!

@ LoveMeLemoned - It is? Well, that's another reason to go buy the "Made in Heaven" album~

((I'm totally recording the English version & setting it as a ring tone on my phone~))

This is the end of an interview with Toshi, and a song begins in the background at 4:00 that I've never heard before with Ryuichi (of the Knight Hawks) and Toshi. It starts with Ryuichi singing first, and then Toshi starts singing at 4:20.

Does anyone know what song this is? Is it off one of Toshi's early solo albums with the Knight Hawks? I thought I knew all the songs off them already...
