It was registered on July 13th in the name of Mark Parayno, who's a director working for the Sansrival Visual Studio in LA. He has worked with famous artists like Muse, Nelly Furtado, Rob Thomas and Ricky Martin.

Indeed it seems to be the official site for US.
You can regisiter to be on a fanlist for knowing news of the site.
