The articles just say that they'll film it 'abroad' (so not in Japan), but don't specify. It's pretty much common sense that it'll be in the US though, since that's where Yoshiki lives and has a studio and contacts and friends and whatnot

I guess this clears up the mystery of the "four new songs" which the upcoming album is supposed to contain.

I.V., Jade, Without You and Born to be free.

The title doesn't sound very X Japanish, it feels more like Born to Run meets Ever Free. Maybe this will be a ballad?

As for the song, just like everyone I hope it rocks, and a few japanese lines wouldn't hurt.

I really want to hear it ... but the instant it´s out I will stop reading any comments about it ... the drama and bashing of Jade was enough for a lifetime in that regard ^^

I'm okay with I.V and Jade now, I'll only complain like last time if with this new song (which could also easily represent the entire new movement of X's music) they suddenly start wanking the guitars like the Jonas Brothers/90% of all mainstream bands nowadays, and I will call them a sellout band as soon as they do that, if they do that.

This title reminds me of Toshi. I sort of remembered that Toshi used to be associated with the word "freedom" in their earlier days .

Let's be realistic guys. X Japan are going for the world market in 2010. It isn't the 1980's anymore... It's not likely we're going to see any new material like Blue Blood, Dahlia or Silent Jealousy ever again.

Interesting…….I wasn't expecting any new songs - so this is a nice surprise!

There is no way to know what the song might be just from the title....it could be a ballad, it could be a speed metal song, it could even be a reggae composition (unlikely but you never know) so I guess we just have to wait and see (hopefully we don't have to wait too long though)!
