Sooo I have a question. I didn't see a related topic like this on here, but I'm sorry if I duplicated the question.
But still... Rose of Pain... when played live, I've noticed since Taiji left they've only played it as acoustic...
Does anyone know why?
And which version do you like better? Metal? Or acoustic?
I like the metal versions much more  :P

Hearing Rose of Pain performed live in full, I found...kind of boring. Don't get me wrong, it's a great song but it is long, with long guitar parts...for me the acoustic is suited better for a live.

I generally do not like acoustic versions of songs.....I'd like to hear them play live the metal version.
Sure, it's long but none of their songs are actually short imo....

Yeah, I'm a Yoshiki fangirl. SUE ME.

Yeah I can see your point of it being long.
And I do like the acoustic, but like the longer better :P
And I do notice they don't play many Blue Blood songs and basically no Vanishing Vision :/

No idea why they changed it to the accoustic version, propably just a change of heart. I like both versions and can't really say which one I prefer, although I must admit it would be really nice to hear the regular version again.

Rose Of Pain is just right. If they ever release a live version on DVD from 1989 it will be the best thing since Voyager 1.
