I think they have broadcast most of the post-reunion concerts on WOWOW and this far no one has been able to really order it overseas (or if they have, they are not telling). I guess you need a) a Japanese billing address, b) a Japanese credit card/other means of payment (check/money order/etc), c) a Japanese ISP (Internet service provider) to watch over the Internet, d) a Japanese TV-service provider to watch from TV, or e) a combination of the above.

That still hasn't stopped some people from Japan streaming it online. The picture quality isn't the best, you might be kicked out every now and then and there is a limit of how many people are able to connect, but if there is something, I'm sure the links will pop up here and there, during the concerts.

i'm sure it will be on youtube soon after the concert.  look at all the other's concerts they did.

there is one way maybe to look at it from outside japan.   but i don't know if that is a legal way.

I don't think it was THAT voluntary - he wasn't really happy about it back then. Though the musical differences turned out to be a huge gap.

What i go say now may sound not nice but i do not mean it. But fans should accept Heath now, fans say ohh he is a bad bass player and
taiji is better blaaah blaah blaah bullshit.  Heath is not Taiji and Taiji is not Heath. They should not be compared to eachother, everybody has its good and bad.  I personal don't like this Taiji guesting.

and no i'm no Heath fan girl .. i say it from my interprent

I never said I compare Taiji to Heath. I never said Heath should leave the band. And I didn't say with any word that Taiji is better than Heath. I just replied to your question what Heath may think when Taiji is there. And indeed he is there as a GUEST musican and not as a member (though I'd support it if he will be a member again, but I don't EXPECT it) when the news are really true. Taiji can play songs Heath can't play and I'd love to hear them again (Voiceless Screaming, Desperate Angel...) And I don't think it would be a problem if both bassists are on stage (like, I can not imagine Taiji playing Rusty Nail or something)
I never said Heath should leave the band so I'd really appreciate it if people stop to conclude things from what i said which were never a point of discussion!

The only news source that everyone quotes is Sankei Sport's article about it and they express themselves very vague, talking of their personal researching and information from 'related persons'. So I won't even wonder if it turns out that no Taiji will appear at the Live at all.

I would like to see them perform Voiceless Sreaming all together: ToshI, Heath, Pata, Sugizo, Taiji, ; and whatever Taiji plays, I hope they will play all together, at least all the guitarists. And I hope that the crazy fans will stop their... eternel comparations on Heath and Taiji. There is no comparation, there are 2 very good bassplayers with their own style. X Japan for sure can manage it and it is really the only way I think to see them perform some songs like Voiceless Screaming and Desperate Angel again. But for sake I hope that those crazy fans stop their crazyness. It is just for the reactions of those crazy fans that I fear.For the rest it is beautiful they want to show they are friends, and the past is the past!!!

Actually, I have the impression that more people here complain to stop comparing Taiji and Heath rather than somebody really compares them o__O

It's X, so during the concert, people should just shut up and enjoy the music. XD
I don't think there should be any problem. o_O;;;
