Yoshiki said in a very recent interview (posted on the new moonlight X boards) that he thinks he's heading towards destruction and only has about 4 years left in his body (for drumming).

There are other things in life beside drumming. He didn´t play the drums for a decade and his life wasn´t useless. I find it really sad that he thinks this way - and doesn´t seem to have the intention to change something about it, like stop drumming NOW and not when it´s too late. Of course it´s his body and his life, but he won´t get a medal of honour one day when he successfully has ruined his health "for his fans". Beside of that, I doubt his real fans want such a thing.

I totally agree with you. I wish he would understand that we care more about his health than about his performances. But I think that's also the way he is... X has always been the most important thing for him. And the philosophy of X is to give everything you have until the very end. How could he change that now? It would be like denying himself... I hope he will be okay nonetheless.

Shouting many times in the live performance. After Hong Kong Live, Korea TV program interviewed him, his voice was hoarse, too.
