Forever Love (here we go!) xD

Looking at the setlist, it seems they're telling a story o.O

Haha, how crazy has this concert been!!! It really does seem to be all the solo projects then the coming together of X Japan! Hopefully they don't just do one ballad (a couple of heavier songs would be awesome) - but hey the concert has already well exceeded my expectations so I can't complain! Can't wait for somone to upload the footage, will be fantastic to watch. Hopefully there will be a DVD release as well!

Dunno... it's just my impression. They use songs drom different eras of X's history (and the time when X was disbanded) and putting them together that way is like they tell a story about the dreams of young musicians they were back when they formed X, then the time when Toshi has left X and they followed their solo carreers more or less and now are back together as X

Hm, so far the only really gripe I have about this concert....and it isn't even that big considering what we have been given so far, is that Toshi hasn't sung more of his own solo works!!!

Thanks for all the updates Maverick!

It could be, as they do seem to be focussed on the USA just now, so maybe Europe will be at the end! Hopefully it is scheduled at some point anyway!!!  ;D

Aw, the whole live sounds awesome ~
Can't wait for youtube vids to appear, haha. ^^
(and I agree, they shouldn't try to start the world tour with Paris, there must be a curse on it or something xD)

I'm at my wits' end.

I'm currently at Uni so I have little time to post right now but, looking at the setlist it seems like it was an awesome concert, and I wonder what the theatrics with "physically saving Toshi from dangers" was like? I'll also try and find youtube videos over here if I can.

I suppose so. I just know that he played piano on Amaoto and Unnamed Song.

Wow, you all gave us a blow by blow description...well, almost.

Well, I went and hung out outside the venue.  It felt miserable watching people with their tickets in their hot little hands.  Friends meeting up in front of me, smiling, one giving another their ticket and then entering through the golden doors of Akasaka Blitz.  I was oozing jealousy and, well, like I said, it was miserable.

There really wasn't much to take photos of.  Not so many people in X regalia but I did get a few shots.  It was not the best lighting.  There was a super cute Yoshiki look alike (Yoshiki these days, not with long hair).  Very nice  :-*

From tomorrow I can watch it on the DMM archive.  Problem is I don't have time to really watch it and by the time I do I'm sure all you clever tech savvy fans will have found many ways to watch it.  And, as I said before, I'm not so much into the solo works of any of the members so I probably won't know what I'm talking about!

To have been so close yet so far... :'( :'( :'(

We are X!!!!!
