Could anyone confirm if they played the full version of AOL (as reported by HearJapan) or if they just did the radio edit (as reported by some random dude on the Radical Dreamers forum :P ). ???

It wasn't radio edit, but not sure if they did full song.

I was there and see my report a page back regarding AOL :S

Nope, the entire night of May 2 to be precise.  A complete different story on may 3, my T was already soaked after Week End XD

If I remember how they sang along in Hong Kong ...
I'm curious how it will look like overseas *because everybdy says that oversea fans are much more "agressive"*
All in all I think the atmosphere in Hong Kong was more relaxed.

Because we never know if that's the only opportunity to watch them live so it's natural we were so passionate when they performed in HK. I am sure it will be the same with Taiwan concert as Taiwanese speak Japanese very well.

When I heard about Kurenai being started with a violin intro I was trying to picture it sounding amazing but for some reason couldn't.....but after listening to it, I am blown away. That really is the best intro to any X Japan song I have heard before!

after reading that article about what Toshi said at the concert I'm starting to wonder if this is why Toshi's voice is so inconsistant and unpredictable sometimes, apparently vocalists shouldn't talk very much, in order to help them sing, and a lot don't talk much, but Toshi just shouts and talks on and on (I don't think he talked here anywhere near as much as the reunion concerts though). I think there are times outside of X-Japan like interviews with him alone, where he talks too much. Maybe I'm wrong.

I don't see why talking could possibly be a reason of an unconsistant voice :o

That one, and it made me think about the reunion concerts where he talked even more, anyway I'd rather just drop what I said entirely and forget the whole thing. Just forget I said anything.

I have never imagine Kurenai without hide's guitar part at the beginning.
but, after watching this version with Sugizo's violin, I must say I love it!
I am happy that they let SGZ to play this VERY important part of this very important song.
(it shows that he is replacing hide step by step.....)
I think he is only allow to do it since he is officially a X member now......

The intro part of Kurenai shows to me that they couldn´t have made a better choice than Sugizo - it´s so different, and yet it´s perfect.

OMG...
What are these tears... and why cry???? Tears of joy? Sadness???

Watching Kurenai without the usual intro of hide made these tears flow.
I am overly emotional. And to think that it was Kurenai that got me hooked
to X and made me love hide unconditionally...

Somehow, nobody else but SGZ could give justice to hide's place in X Japan.
I just have to let go of hide now.

Thanks for the link holly...

Thanks for posting those links. I'm very happy that they have played "Dahlia" live again.
