What I understand from here, Yoshiki said that he wants to release the biography overseas also, in English and maybe also Chinese.

Since I cannot understand Japanese, hence English or Chinese version will do.  I keep my fingers crossed. X Japan wast 10 years went on hiatus... VK/Jrok band after age 40, you gonna run with time...they really need to catch up and no more separated.  When is their next tour schedule either in Japan or outside between now and Paris tour in Oct 2009.  We as X fan has been waiting so long ..for many delay and postponement.  Yoshi spent nearly 10 years on unfinished project Viloet UK and it's not justified for his energy, time and money.. he does not to have another 10 years...

Yoshiki WANTS

not Yoshiki WILL

:D
Keep that in mind, please.

But IF the book will be released in those languages; GREAT! ;D I'd definately buy one.

Hopefully they will release an English copy. I think there is a real demand for this and I think it would help boost Yoshiki's and X Japan's profile overseas!! I would love a copy!!!

I'd get a copy too, if it was in English. Just think - going to your favorite bookstore, and there's a book on the shelf with Yoshiki's name and picture on it... :)

If you could have told me anything...you would have known what love is...

Yeah, great. I only wonder if the Yoshiki or his management have realized by now that Europe exists too. Well, hooray for ebay.com and amazon.com then ^^

Just wanted to let folks know that I just bought the Chinese version at kino in Singapore this week so it might also be available in other Chinese speaking countries as well. And its cheaper than the Jap version too! Come in soft cover for around USD15.

Further to my post on 24Jan, there is Chinese translation available at Kinokuniya Bookstore in Bangkok.  It's very convenient for me to buy Chinese version in BKK.  It's out in March 2010.

Its just called Yoshiki/佳树 by 小松成美 and can be found in the Chinese book department. When I bought it, it was on display prominently with other new books. Think you can't miss it. Just check with the staff. Good luck on the hunt!

Sorry to bring up old topic but just wondering ... is anyone still interested in English translation of d book ? I bought the Chinese version last year n skimmed thru - was wee bit hard for me to read as it's in old Chinese script. But I'll have some free time next month so I thought I will actually read it this time n perhaps translate it. Please let me know if it's already been translated.

thanks so much in advance. For all I know, there has not been any translation done in English of Yoshiki's bio. I'll be looking forward to yours.
