What do you mean? I know Toshi has played the drums during an X live before, I've seen that, I mean this one in particular though.

If you ever need proof that Toshi's improved and is basically as good as he ever was, that was it.

There was only one part of Tears that I really think Toshi shouldn't have done, which was the way he sang the end of "kodoku wo dakishimete", apart from that it was fine, except for a couple of iddy bitty parts where Toshi did a couple of rasp sounds in the verses where I guess he shouldn't, I still think it was one of the most emotional and Toshi's best live performance of the song though.

However he's got to now realise a bit more where not to include his screaming in a song, and I really can't tell if he was trying to avoid the high notes or not, I mean look at that forever love video from the 26th, he was perfect there, and during this countdown performance there were moments in like X & Rusty Nail when Toshi was singing the high notes, so I don't know wether he was trying to avoid them or just trying to sound different, but he should not sing "kodoku wo dakishimete" and other emotional lines in a ballad song like that ever again, I think it worked with the rest of the song, but just not that specific part.

It's strange though, because back in the days Toshi never used to scream and shout in ballad songs. And what I've also noticed is that now, Toshi doesn't sing much of the chorus and instead let's the crowd sing much more often than he used to in the old days.

But nonetheless... Toshi has improved hugely since the reunion, and hopefully will get even better!

i think it's because Toshi has been sining for t-earth all these days....most of the t-earth songs apply a "screaming-tone".....when i listend to tears during the count-down live...i also felt strange when he sang like that .... made me associate that with the t-earth songs........

Thanks for the videos, I already have them all though and I'm waiting for someone to upload Orgasm, that's the only thing missing but noone seems to have it.

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=x1ZnuAZcfWo

Just found this, its Blue Blood again, but a there's little bit more of the intro that comes before it, seems they used both the demon announcer and the new one. There's also a bit more to see after the song, more Toshi screaming :)
