I've recently discovered these guys, and they rock so much that people need to know.

Official website: http://www.geocities.jp/ridetometal/

Official myspace: http://www.myspace.com/intentionmetal

They're a new indie metal band called INTENTION and don't seem to have a label yet.  So far they have one three-track single (on CDR) and one song on a compilation album, though apparently they have material for a new full-length album and are just looking for a singer (I guess the old one left) before they record.

So, discography:
INTENTION - Fire in the Sky, Intention Music Entertainment ID-003
Samurai Metal Vol. 2, Samurai Sound Association SSMC-9002

They play original '80s/'90s "LA metal", lyrics in English.  And seriously, they kick ass!!  They have their songs up on their myspace, I especially like "Final Destination".

So if you like them go friend them on myspace and tell them they rock, because good new bands like this need encouragement.

You're welcome, glad you like them!

I'm totally buying their album when it comes out, hope they manage to find a singer soon.

They had a song on "Samurai Metal Vol. 2"? Damn, I had that album on my pc, and never noticed these guys... THEY SOUND GREAT! I didn't like that singer's voice, but hell, the whole instrumental of the songs is insane!

Hope they can find a better singer and release a full length soon! It definitelly sounds worth checking out!

Totally agree!  Well, the singer doesn't bother me actually, I think he's fine, but the weakest part of the band.  So I'm not too sad either that they need to find a new one.  If these guys find a singer to match the caliber of the instrumentals, HOLY SHIT!  I mean, to me they completely rock already with the old singer-- but with an even better singer they'll be unstoppable.

And their song on Samurai Metal Vol.2 is "Final Destination", it might be their most recent song since that album came out a few months after their single.

Glad you guys like them so much! :D  I was totally excited to find them and am really looking forward to whatever they release in the future.  To be honest these guys sound more "LA" to me than a lot of bands who are actually FROM LA do.
