my friend told me a few days ago that she read somewhere the following:Yoshiki had a father who commited suicide when he was 33 and Yoshiki said once:"i don't want to live longer than my dad did.it is so weird..."
Tears is a song Yoshiki wrote for his dad...
i guess i'm the only one who didn't know that ><''

I knew that since when I first got into X,you read it in a few places.
You listen to the last narration at the end of the full version of tears and Yoshiki says:

If you could have told me everything
You would have found what love is
If you could have told me what was on your mind
I would have shown you the way
Someday I'm gonna be older than you
I've never thought beyond that time
I've never imagined the pictures of that life
For now I will try to live for you and for me
I will try to live with love, with dreams,
and forever with tears

I get the idea hes saying his dad should have talked to him before he did what he did? And that he will always have tears when thinking about it??

Saint(c) thank you for that... I have that song, but I didnt catch what he said... his voice just like a whisper...

And going in details; Yoshiki's father committed a suicide by slitting his wrists, and Yoshiki was the one who found the body. I can't even imagine how traumatic it must have been.
And by the way, I think it's pretty weird that hide died at the same age as Yoshiki's father. I don't believe there is any kind of bound between those two deaths, it's just.. weird. (Hope you got my point.)

Okay. :P

Well, I didn't say that there are similarity between Yoshiki's father's and hide's suicides. I just said it's pretty weird and after your latest post I think I understand a little better, thanks for that.

Well......... I hope not to sound like an idiotically over-nosy brat, but if there is anything that could be shared as a personal mesage between more than one people, could I be let known please?

*oh-kay, it still sounds like an idiotic comment to be posted XD*

I read in a lot of places that Toshi has been denying X. Is that true? I even read in a page that Toshi had some kind of an inferiority complex. Saying things like x japan is at the top, but he's not and that he's always third in popularity after yoshiki and hide and that he wasn't satisfied. I'll post the link to the page if i'm able to find it again. He even said things like "i myself dun even know why i quitted X" i mean.. it just came to me that he was incompetent.

I thought i should just ask you to clear this negative impression i have of him. Thanks!

If Masaya had been behind it all..i shan't be too prejudice towards Toshi then.. i mean..I got really pissed when i read that page..I just thought that x japan's breakup was way too premature. its a waste..imagine the music they could have produced..and Toshi just left because a cult brainwashed him.. i mean..issin't there any sentimental values or sort? i seriously do not like what his cult is doing. And.. for him to sue his brother over the matters of Masaya. its ridiculous. How does japan see this whole thing? was there any boycott or sort??

thanks PN! (:
