It roughly translates to: "There will be an urgent press conference tomorrow (7th April) somewhere in the city. More details if neccessary to be announced on the homepage."

And why do they have to announce it in English? Last time they did it, but because it was an announcement that involved overseas people, not this time it seems. Not being in English doesn't mean it won't be important.

I am sure they would covering Hide song,I mean it's a tribute right,maybe it will be like Children Aid Live concert in 1999 (I think) where there were Luna Sea and Glay members and also Spread Beaver covered Hide songs.

Oh,I just saw the press conference clip in utube,there's someone posted the video in 3 parts,the last one is quite interesting,someone posted comment,asked if the interviewer asked something to Yoshiki regarding 6th member of X Japan,and there's someone answered with translation like this:

The interview asked Yoshiki whether they'll announce the "6th" player at the festival. He replied "haven't yet decided," and will save it for the next time, and go on to say that "they recently had to do many official announcements, basically because things happened very spontaneously for the band." Then, the interview asked if Sugizo will be 6th member, and Yoshiki answered away asking same question to Ryuichi. Yoshiki said that X and Luna Sea are connected, and joked about switching singers.

oh,there was Ryuichi Kawamura,TMR and Maximum the Hormone at the press conference too.
