LOL~~

I found it absolutely hilarious.

But I've been reading a book called "Queer in America," which highlights how gay characters in books, movies, TV etc. tend to either be villains, extremely stereotyped or killed off. And here, he was killed off. But that's just me being overly critical now. :P

Yeah, I'm familiar with this theory. It really was so... a way to show such things cannot lead to happy life.
Anyway, in Dumbledore's case, I think him getting killed had nothing to do with his lavender robes. Rowling just wanted to get rid of the father figure, I guess.  :)

Yes, I certainly agree she had no ulterior motive there.

I've just become more critically aware of such things lately. It's really enlightening. Ah! I love books that make me think.
