Hmmm, I heard about this yesterday from my friend - not sure what to make of it. The vocal notes sound like Toshi and it's almost certainly Yoshiki talking to someone in the background but the music is hard to make out due to the quality.

Yes its Violet UK. A good song, but would be a better song with Toshi and X Japan.
