after listening to the song for the 5893510384028 times, I must say that I just hate (maybe I should say I don't like)  the guitar + drum part in the very beginning and also the guitar part around 3:50.  It's just too.....empty ?? (don't know how to say it)  I really hope that the studio version will be better........

well, I think we definitely miss hide's ability in making a song in a more X-ish way. I have the feeling that Yoshiki tries to write a more ROCK song but it failed in this case. Oh, how I miss that kind of songs in VV and BB.  Or just because after 20 years, Yoshiki feels like to write another kind of music and my taste just stay behind as 20 years ago.  I love all the ballads, maybe Yoshiki can rewrite this song as a ballad, with Sugizo's violin. The melody & lyric of Jade has the potential to be a good ballad....

well, just my opinion, and I have no idea what I was talking about.... I feel lost....    sorry

I think that the band...(what's there..) need to just cohesively work as a unit on this song... cuz it sounds badly like.. everyone is playing their own thing... and Toshi is lost in a sea of broken riffs.   I'm not keen on it.... at all.  A friend of mine and I listened to it... and we both agree... at this point in time... It.... kinda.. reeks

OMG.... having homework on a friday....having people tell me i'm obsessed with X.... There's a really annoying (but funny) dude sittin next to me..... and I'm working on a final that I dont even have to do since i got perfect marks.... and people are mad at me cuz i got the best marks... story of my life... since when did near-perfection become a crime ?

It's been that way for ages.... then you also get the lables as 'nerd', 'geek' and 'teacher's pet'.  They don't notice that if they apply themselves a little bit, they'll get better marks too

At the moment.. I am reading The Cat Who Blew the Whistle by Lillian Jackson Braun and Brightly Burning by Mercedes Lackey.
The last book I read was Take a Thief by Mercedes Lackey.

My recomendations...  Job: A Comedy of Justice By Robert A. Heinlein, Any of The Cat Who books by Lillian Jackson Braun.

The Dragon Riders of Pern series by Anne McCaffrey, The books by Mercedes Lackey that I recomend:  The Dragon Jousters series, most anything in the Valdemar series.  But here is a list of her books, By series,  I've read nearly All of books in the Valdemar universe.

As it's obvious.. I'm sci-fi/fantasy fan... and my three favortie authors are Lillian Jackson Braun, Anne McCaffrey, and Mercedes Lackey.

I'm not too sure on that WeAreX.  I mean... screaming/shouting during a concert is one thing.  But to bust out screaming and such during a ballad is extremely distracting.  Not only that... it's highly innapropriate.  The reason I say this... Is it seems that in a way.. Toshi is sabataging the shows...

Well It seems that the fires are out.. now...We had a lot of rain over the weekend... so hopefully that cured the problem... but we still have the fire danger thing. 

I don't know much about the Arson investigation.. but..I'll post more later

Update:  We still have wildfires here. ... large ones too... people are loosing homes, cars, businesses... it's a bad situation.

*Edit*

The one big fire that was not too far from me... a town named Midwest City, Oklahoma sustained heavy damages.  They believe the fire there was intentionally started by some teenagers in an abandoned RV.   Man.. I'd hate to be those kids... because even if it was 'accidental' that is still Arson.  But.. my opinion  they should get some major time in the big house for it.

Some of the other fires were started by flying embers... even idiots throwing cigarette butts out of their car windows.   It has been a trying couple of days.  Especially because the smoke Thursday was so bad I had an asthma attack.
