I skim watched it last night, will have another look today. A good setlist, was nice to hear River of Light in full.

I believe they will also be adding English subtitles to all the talks in between at some stage soon.

Yea, the time is a bit meh, (11pm work night for me). Some one posted a comment about the ime and not being able to watch the broadcast live, and Yoshiki staff replied:

“The concert will be available for replay at a later date for Yoshiki Channel International members.”

So sounds like an on demand video of the concert will be up at a later date for a short period of time?

According to setlist.fm, here is last night’s set:

10. Say Anything (S.E)

Solid set, not too sure what version of Forever Love they played, and I assume Kiss The Sky is the piano version with a verse or so and audience participation in the chorus.

As a side note, I like that they chose Rusty Nail, rather than Jade, as they first song. Such an epic opening for concerts.

If anyone finds any footage, link please!

Well, according to today’s press conference, Yoshiki has finally, after 10 years, finished recording the album.

He mentioned that he now needs to start talks on how and when it will be released, so I assume this means mixing is also complete.

At his press conference today, Yoshiki announced he would be performing with Sarah Brightman on a song featured on her new album, Hymn, out soon.

After a little snooping, it looks like she will be performing a version of “Miracle”. See below Twitter video.

I will reserve judgement until I hear it, but if it is true that it is only Yoshiki, Sugizo and Hyde, why not just call it a “YOSHIKI” feat., song?

Unless it is actually a X Japan song and this is just the Hyde version?

I have always admired how Toshi sings his high notes.

Please, someone correct me if I am wrong, but Toshi hardly, if at all, sings falsetto to reach high notes. I always feel this makes his high notes sound a lot more clear, stable and more impressive.

Is this correct to say?

Was kinda hoping the extra concert footage would be post reunion stuff, but not complaining!

Now just wondering if I buy the US version or wait until the Japanese one is released with the hopes of more added content...thoughts?

I would be very surprised if Scarlet Love Song was featured.

Yea, it has sort of been rejected since it's release...correct me if I am wrong, but the only time it was performed live was at the Toshl feat. Yoshiki shows?

I think it ended up being a song purely done for a soundtrack, though with the released title being "Scarlet Love Song -BUDDHA MIX-", perhaps it will see the light of day again in another form?

Hmmm, I could kind of believe The Last Song actually...remember the photo Yoshiki posted of the Master Album Sequences in 2015? Tracklisting that could be seen had 1. The Las....

I just wonder if this will be the case, will it be a re-recording or the original track from the end of the 90s? I would think if it was included and would be the opening, it would need to definitely be at the least arranged into a shorter version.
