It's supposed to be on iTunes later, too. So I consider just getting the songs/versions that I don't have yet...

...or maybe 5 minutes of silence... maybe with some heavy breathing of an exhausted Yoshiki... :P

I still want to hear Orgasm with Ode to Joy as they used to play! It was so much fun!

...Also pay attention to La Venus being only the rough acoustic version instead of the full band one...
If I were sarcastic I'd say that they didn't find time to go to the studio and record together... ;P

I think it said that the etickets will be sent out only two weeks before the event takes place!

And yeah, posting some really boring banner doesn't really count a marketing. They can do better. But yeah, good to know that Yoshiki still remembers Xday I guess *headdesk*

LOL we are also still waiting... According to mentions by official accounts, it looks much better than last year. According to information about the concert (schedule, VIP ticket information, travel packages, whatever other stuff) it looks disastrous, though. No promotion or media coverage AT. ALL. -_-

No mentions of anything related to X Japan playing anywhere aside of Wembley for months... And yeah he mentioned it somewhere a new weeks ago I believe. It's also still in recent press releases, which is good. LOL

ô_O Where did you see that about 41 tickets? I just looked up on AXS and I can choose 6 seats next to each other in 10 blocks, which is already more than 41, and I'm pretty sure there are even more single seats...

If it was really sold that much, I'd wonder who's going there, since most x-freaks in Europe don't seem to have one...

(I'd be happy if it was almost-sold-out, I just don't think that's realistic)

The Concerts / Re: London Concert 2017, anyone?

However, it's already been delayed once so I think it will be a high priority for Yoshiki and the rest of X Japan so it (most likely) won't be cancelled.

Yeah one would think like that... however, in 2015 there was a LOOOOT of promotion for Xday! Yoshiki did a press tour through all of Europe for that! For 2017, however, the only 'promotion' is a Facebook banner... I understand that he was kinda busy doing promotion for 'We are X' but pretty much ignoring Wembley coming up will certainly not help selling tickets. And it also won't convince fans to trust them enough to actually plan any trips there for the concert...

Well Hong Hong wasn't Yoshiki's fault - for once. LOL
So at least that doesn't make a difference for me when it comes to London. But I'm already super-sceptical anyway - we didn't book anything yet and will wait as long as possible with the not-refundable flights -_-

...and it's okay not to trust them anymore, they cancelled on Europe 4 times already LOL (Thinking back, it's amazing how we trust them back then with hardly any information... But come on, if someone says 'I'll play on that date!' it would usually be trustworthy...)

Yeah everything is such a mess, I really feel sorry for Yoshiki for once LOL!

Guys, Sugizo was just at Luna Sea's concert in Saitama Super Arena! LOL
Certainly more important than some TV appearance (which is just playback anyway)

General chat / Re: X Japan song in consideration for Oscar
« on: December 18, 2016, 03:30:08 PM »
I agree with all you guys that the song is missing something. It's not terrible but it suggests that it will built up to something but in the end, the whole song has no kind of goal/highlight/whatever. It's promising something that doesn't happen.

But well, in that sense, it's painfully fitting as their new theme song. :P *cough cough*

(Also, 3 members being just decoration again while playing a lot of recorded instruments in just sad....)

For those you didn't hear it yet, there are some uploads of the TV show today where they played the whole song (it's the last song)

Hm there's very little online, but actually there's never been more, I believe. >_< I think I read that they were very strict that noone recorded... Anyway, the quality is so bad that it's hardly possible to even give an impression LOL

« on: November 19, 2016, 05:00:07 PM »
LOL returner, it's their JOB to write like that, would be weird if in their position they'd write stuff like "uh well...there's some event or whatever, go if you want to and make sure to take a shower and comb your hair as there'll be a camera team" (.....would be fun, though :P)

Anyway, waiting for some reports as well! how did it go!?

The first time he said that it's 90% done was in July 2010 LOL

Yoshiki / Re: Yoshiki AMA @ Reddit Nov. 4

I found his answer kind of pedantic/presumptuous, I wouldn't expect such a haughty response.
Indeed!!!!! That response was absolutely unneeded - and didn't even really have something to do with the question that was asked...

But I like how LucsX told him to send him a copy so he actually has a chance to watch it. :P

Suggestions / Re: Luna Sea childboard in "Other Projects"?
« on: November 07, 2016, 06:45:40 PM »
Haha, well those were created YEAAAARS ago, when this board was way more active. XD

Anyway, if there's a need for a sub-forum, I'm sure we can create. Just need to talk to the owner first, of course. ;)
Let's see what the others are saying~

« on: November 06, 2016, 08:27:51 PM »
I don't really think we need to make a childboard as it will be pretty much...empty. There's a Luna Sea Thread in that subforum which hasn't been used since 2014... But reviving that should be enough for now. (Luna Sea isn't that much more active than Luna Sea anyway LOL)

Albums/Singles / Re: X JAPAN New Album(When??)
« on: November 06, 2016, 08:23:23 PM »
@StarWarsArtist If you consider organising festivals, promoting the documentary movie all over the world and preparing for his classical tour 'being focused on the album' ...then yeah, he is focused on it. :P I really hope he does, but there's been times that he actually seemed close to a possible release... >_<

84
Albums/Singles / Re: X JAPAN New Album(When??)
« on: November 05, 2016, 08:13:42 AM »
He's always just 'aiming for' the dates he announces anyway, at least he was honest this time. ;P

But actually I think that by March is already too late. The album should be out NOW already. If you watch the documentary and get more interested there's nothing you can buy to get into them more. Aside of some iTunes downloads. :/

85
No news about an english version release... :/ Honestly speaking, I doubt that it will happen.

LOL Luna Sea in Bochum... "A place of Music history"... XDDDDDDD

I suppose those are simply the only festivals that accepted to show the movie... -_-

But I'm pretty sure you'll meet X fans there either way!! ;)

@nb LOL She has actually been a very active member here some years ago. I watched the first minutes of her review and it seems like the documentary is just what i suspected it would be like... >_< I still didn't watch it because I couldn't stand Yoshiki's drama talk for so long right now. And I actually want to be able to enjoy the movie...!!

(...I love how her face skips from super bored/annoyed to super excited back and forth LOL)

Actually there *is* one... but it seems like it stopped working and/or needs to be updated... Will look into it. :/

Nice, I hope it'll be as pretty/cool as I imagine it! :D

...Hopefully not like Blood Red Dragon - that 'Yoshiki' looked NOTHING like the real one... >_<
