Not into how the first two songs sound at all. There's a teaser out for the 2nd called called "SHINE". How creative to have another song called Shine considering Luna Sea also has a song called Shine......come on, Yoshiki

Yoshiki keeps reusing certain phrases like "time after time", "We will fly". Other than cringe weaboos and 45-60 year old Japanese women, I don't see who is going to these shows lol

General chat / Did Toshi screw up X Japan again?
« on: January 20, 2023, 09:14:38 PM »
It's 2023, and if there's one thing I'm already sick to death of seeing, it's The Last Rockstars content.

I mean, come on. This is really what we're getting from Yoshiki now? Let's see what the expiration date of this will be beyond S.K.I.N or any of the other endeavours.

But one thing about TLS with Hyde being the vocalist, actually got me thinking about Toshi. So where exactly is Toshi and what exactly is this man doing these days?

We all know the Masaya brainwash story and how it fucked up X Japan in the beginning, and how they reunited and Yoshiki actually saved Toshi from financial ruin by giving him a second chance with the band.

Why does it seem like this is happening all over again? Why do I have a feeling like there's some legal garbage that's connected to Toshi that's delaying and delaying X Japan activity?

https://ameblo.jp/toshl-official/entry-12785266898.html - based on a recent tweet from him, I checked out his blog and he seems quite active! Wow, ok so is this guy just snubbing X Japan again?

Would love to hear other opinions and even news relating to this. We know Yoshiki is very vague about the reasons why the album is delayed, but it seems there's legal trouble. My bet is it's with Toshi (again). SIGH.

General chat / Yoshiki update on new album

https://www.revolvermag.com/music/yoshiki-new-x-japan-album-kiss-fandom-real-gold-xy-energy-drink

IS THE NEW X JAPAN ALBUM ALMOST DONE?

YOSHIKI: I don't think anybody's going to believe what I say [laughs] because I kept saying that. I was at the mixing studio today. Might as well just remix something and make it better, because we are not really rushing to release the album right this moment. So I'm just fine tuning a little bit. But if I had to release it next week, it's done.

HAS THE ALBUM'S DIRECTION CHANGED OVER THE YEARS YOU'VE WORKED ON IT? OR IS IT CLOSE TO THE ORIGINAL IDEAS YOU HAD?

YOSHIKI: It's pretty much the original idea. With this kind of music, sometimes there's a trend in terms of sound or mixing or sound effect.  But I don't think X Japan needs to chase trends. X Japan is its own genre. So the idea of this album hasn't been changed. I'm just doing a little fine tuning up to the release date.

So.... Basically Yoshiki has truly become a megalomaniac who lives in his own world. For years I was giving him the benefit of the doubt and attributing the delays to things beyond his control, but it's clear now he doesn't give a f*** how long we have to wait. And only he will know when it's "time". Cut the bullshit. It's really so f*****g disrespectful to your fans who aren't idiotic 'kawaii omg Yoshikiiiii' Japanese women.

hide / hide and Ricky Martin
« on: January 05, 2022, 02:56:22 AM »
I had an amusing discovery recently that I wanted to share, considering I usually stop by once a year to complain about Yoshiki.

For the first time in about 15-20 years, I heard "Livin' La Vida Loca" by Ricky Martin, and call me crazy, but I immediately thought of hide. I feel like he would have absolutely dug this song. The progression, melody, and instrumentals are totally something I could see him doing. Then there's the guitar. At 2:43 in the song, there's this guitar slide that's strummed all the way down the neck and it's just like what hide would do in a song like Ever Free (1:23 mark). HAHA this has me laughing my ass off. Both artists couldn't be more different.

This song came out in 1999, a year after we lost hide, so he never had a chance to hear it. I wonder if he would have liked it. What a guy - he really was ahead of his time and cultural boundaries musically.

Have some fun and take a listen for yourself. I can literally hear hide singing this song in a funky voice and making it sillier. Let me know what you think. Maybe I'm losing my mind entering the 2nd year of the pandemic :)

I deeply hope Yoshiki isn't involved in this shit. He also has a passion for young girls (o/c over 18, don't get me wrong here). And maybe these girls haven't a completely developed mind. They are easy targets for stars to exploit them.

Please Yoshiki, stay away from that shit. Kick Manson and go on. This is clearly not a person you should be friends with.

btw. What should I do with the forum if any scandal is proofed to be true about an X member?

As bad as this may sound, I don't think we'd hear about any scandal with X members if it occurred in Japan. The MeToo ideology (which is a good thing) is mostly happening in the US, while in Japan, I think women would be too afraid or shunned to speak out. The culture is still far behind in that sense, and women simply don't have those abilities and voice in the same way they do in the West. I think Yoshiki should distance himself but they've been friends for a while, and he seems to be one of his best friends in the industry in the US. It's sad; Yoshiki can't catch a break in terms of friendships and relationships.

Hoping that nothing comes out about him. If it does, I respect whatever decision you make about the forum. I'll be sad to see it go, as I've been a member for over 10 years, and while I only come on here once in a blue moon to talk shit about Yoshiki, it's still one of the only places I can go to chat with X fans.

Fingers crossed.

Well, things are about to get interesting for this Under The Sky project. Marilyn Manson may very soon be in very hot water, perhaps even prison. Check out what's just surfaced:

https://twitter.com/search?q=%22Marilyn%20Manson%22&src=trend_click&vertical=trends

I love a little conspiracy, so I wonder if the sudden delay of the launch of this project is because the management team knew this was bubbling up? Who knows. Yoshiki is also the master of delaying/postponing so perhaps it was solely on him. Will be very interesting to see if they choose to not release this or cut Manson's parts out of it depending on the evolution of this case.

Yoshiki / Re: Why hasn't Yoshiki released a new album?
« on: October 12, 2020, 01:18:35 AM »
Thank you for sharing this video, Alexsis.

Wow... I mean where to even begin with this dumpster fire of a video. It's kind of surreal for me, and so many others here who've been waiting for the better part of a decade for the new album to finally see ONE video where Yoshiki tries to address it. First, I think he's had a little too much wine leading up to this clip as he's not very coherent. To me it sounds as though other members got tired of his gruelling perfectionism and usual dictatorship over absolutely everything and got bored of nothing substantial ever happening. I think there's some truths to that rumour of legal issues with each members' management as well.

I still stand by my theory that Yoshiki was/is looking for a 'perfect storm' of events and timing to release the album; a perfect storm that may never come. I think he's in some fantasy mindset where he'll make some big splash into the US market and become huge in the West. As an artist, you don't wait for those scenarios, you create them because your music/art is so captivating and so cathartic, just as all great artists/bands have done in the past. Yoshiki should damn well know this after X's history from 1987-1997. He literally changed the music scene in Japan! Otherwise, just look at The Beatles to Nirvana to Ed Sheeran (and many others in between). I truly don't think Yoshiki is OK with only being a success in a niche market today. I think he's scared of releasing the album and it not having any substantial impact in the USA, which ties into my final thought...

That Yoshiki has become a sellout, and it's so painfully obvious in everything he's done for the past 10 years. Let me just state that I don't expect every major rock star, especially from a 'punk rock' background to just continue living in the ways they started, but when it comes to stringing along the fans that gave you all of this fame? That's where I draw the line. He literally says in the video, after wryly asking us to trust him, to just "let me enjoy these other things as an artist, the YoshikiMono, wine, credit card..." and then he even admitted he's a sellout! "I was like a rebel as a teenager so pretty amazing I have my own credit card." Who the fxck cares about your Rakuten Mastercard. It's probably a shitty signup bonus and redemption anyway...

Real talk, no X Japan fan is trying to stop you from having activities outside of the band but it's been a DECADE. Entire bands form, reach their peak of success and disband in less time. I should just have the guts to let it go and not care anymore...and there's months that go by where I don't care, but as a true fan, the enjoyment of X's music always comes rushing back and when it does, so does this torrent of intense frustration with Yoshiki. I have to learn to somehow lower my expectations.

Another forgettable "announcement". As if I'd expect Yoshiki to surprise us and make 2020 at least somewhat of a memorable year. Check out these 2 articles on the topic:

https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-news/st-vincent-yoshiki-new-york-1051313/ - References how X Japan performed at Coachella (glad he's still whoring out the band's name any chance he can while not doing a damn thing to keep it alive).

https://yurui.jp/yoshiki%E7%99%BA%E5%A3%B2%E5%89%8D%E6%97%A5%E3%81%AB%E6%96%B0%E6%9B%B2%E7%99%BA%E8%A1%A8%E3%82%BB%E3%83%B3%E3%83%88%E3%83%93%E3%83%B3%E3%82%BB%E3%83%B3%E3%83%88%E4%B8%80%E5%BA%A6%E3%82%82%E4%BC%9A/# - This one will need to be plugged into a translator but an interviewer thankfully asked him about the X Japan album considering it was 1996 when Dahlia came out. He basically says he's waiting for the right time and how it's tough when you cannot do a live right now. It's exactly as I said. Yoshiki thinks some magical moment will come by when the American music scene is waiting for him and he'll make a splash. That was 2010 but you fucked around for a decade. Honestly, just release the album and schedule some tour dates when COVID has calmed down a lot, give some banger performances and call it a day.

Another year, another ass-talking post of false hope from Yoshiki. What's next, he'll use the pandemic as an excuse for the album delay? It hurts to think he's been promising this for a decade. A decade. It hurts more to know that I obviously still care enough to be annoyed by it.

Yoshiki / Re: Announcement?

The news, or lack thereof, today has further substantiated my "RIP X JAPAN" thread. Yoshiki is beyond trustworthy at this point and it's extremely upsetting and embarrassing. I have never seen such a disgusting amount of lies and misleading of a fan base in any genre of music before.

I had an interesting train of thought recently that I wanted to share. (oh yes, Feudal is sharing something that ISN'T Yoshiki hate, hell must be freezing over!)

Yoshiki often seems to subtly make references to waiting for a "right" time to release the album and it's made me think about their first attempt back in the early 90s through to today and how Yoshiki may be waiting for something that will never come.

In 1992, Yoshiki and "X" held a press conference in NYC announcing not only Heath as bass but their switch from Sony to Atlantic Records; a promising sign for the band....or too late? What happened in the USA less than 1 year before this press conference?

Nirvana's Nevermind.

Kurt Cobain, in less than a year, issued a death sentence to hair metal in the West and what exactly did X Japan look like in the early 90s? Worst. Timing. Ever. Any deal was dead before it even started.

I'm a huge Nirvana fan so it's interesting to think about this as I hold both of these bands in such a high regard. Let's fast forward a bit to today, what's the music landscape like right now on the radio? Drake, Cardi B, Post Malone, Ariana Grande. Where's the rock? Rock is no longer mainstream. Fine, music doesn't have to be mainstream to be good....but tell that to Yoshiki. I truly think he's waiting for some catalyst in the USA for him to light on fire with his new album....it may never come. It goes back to my thoughts about a true artist not caring about what others think. No revolutionary band in history, whether it's The Beatles to Nirvana, cared about appealing to what WAS popular. THEY defined what was to become popular.

Yoshiki needs to decide this for himself and accept that X Japan will either remain a legacy band OR blaze new territory and possibly die trying. The rest is history. On a side note about Nirvana, I would love to ask Yoshiki or see him being asked in an interview what his thoughts are on the band and also Kurt Cobain. He must have some opinion on such a prolific artist who was at his peak when they were trying to enter the US market. In all of the interviews I've read/watched, he's talked about a lot of bands and artists but never once Nirvana. I wonder why? Could there be a bad taste left in his mouth that still lives on today?

*Waits patiently for Returner to post a full page reply about how we're not being fair to Yoshiki*

Wake up, apologists. We've just heard it straight from the horses mouth. X Japan is secondary to Yoshiki now. We've known this for a long while but now we have proof. The part that makes me laugh is that he wants to wait for "the right time" to release the album? I'm sorry, what? Is there supposed to be like a particular month where X Japan just magically becomes relevant again? Has Yoshiki completely lost it? You put an album out and tour with it simultaneously. Yoshiki's forgotten what it means to be a true artist and he's contradicting himself. It's like he's "waiting" for a perfect storm of things to happen so that the album is as much of a hit as possible. REAL artists don't care what other people think so much so that they will employ such a convoluted mind set.

AS I SAID A LITTLE WHILE AGO. RIP X JAPAN.

Thanks.

I just switched from frequent "Guest" to member and thought I'd jump in on the most active thread here.  I'm new to the band since discovering them last year, can't get enough of the music I've found so far, done a lot of research and hope that "RIP" is a premature pronouncement although I understand the frustration about the album that  is apparently done but collecting dust somewhere.  I have personal experience with eccentric geniuses and their art - they'll follow their instincts no matter what anybody says - and have faith that there's a method to Yoshiki's madness along with some knowledge of how the music business works.  We can only speculate about what's going on behind the scenes and between the members.  All we can do is wait, and until then I'll continue to appreciate what this band has already given and it's more than enough to keep the anticipation high on what comes next, whenever it does.

Welcome! Ah the honeymoon phase...wish I could go back. This gave me some Teemeah dejavu haha.

Mostly a lurker here but I'll chime in, just for the heck of it. As someone else mentioned, I'd rather see posts like these from disgruntled fans than no activity at all. Posting in a random forum isn't gonna fix anything but at least it shows that people still give a shit even if it is with criticism.

To me, it feels like Yoshiki turned X-Japan into one of his many brands. X-Japan isn't a collective anymore, barely a band if even. It's a name, an Image and a vehicle for him to promote his different products on various platforms. The glamorous paid articles, the documentary, the rather random and scarce performances, all these are marketing his image, not much else.

That doesn't make him an evil person but it's a very hard thing to witness coming from someone who I admired as a spectacular musician and member of a legendary band.

To see the X-Japan name being relinquished to that status is frustrating, saddening. There's a bit of a weird treason feeling I guess. Again, my problem, not anyone else's.

It's this whole what X-Japan could currently be (and could have been for the past decade) vs what it is that is perplexing/frustrating. Short of Yoshiki's health concerns (which were marketed as f*** too..), there doesn't seem to be any logical explanation as to why an album isn't out already, tours haven't happened etc.. MSG, réunion, world tour, couple songs and then... Not much other than spread out failed attempts and drama. Disappointing.. That's all

Sums it up quite well and really drives home why I started this thread to begin with.

It seems I've added fuel to a fire that was quietly burning in many of us. I appreciate those who have contributed factual evidence as well as logical statements on the matters at hand. It's also funny to see the great gnashing of teeth and tearing of clothes that occurs when Yoshiki is criticized for things that he has faltered on and lied about. Returner, I applaud your efforts for defending your beloved Yoshiki. It's very kind of you but your post lost all merit after you claimed that the band has to be in the US to be global, and that the others are not contributing as much as Yoshiki. You're blind to the truth of what's going on.  I must also point out the hilarious irony in your profile signature as well...

"We are not trying to keep the legacy—we are trying to move forward, so our sound is going to change. I’m ready to be criticized, for example by fans saying "you should rather be this style." I’m ready for it, I’m okay with any concept of criticism - Yoshiki"

"I am ready to be criticized...."

2019 is well underway and here we are over 10 years since X Japan reunited. Let's see what we have going for us...

- No album release in sight.

- No promise of more tours/shows outside of Japan.

- Rumors of difficulties between Yoshiki and Toshi.

- Yoshiki increasingly more interested in anything other than X Japan (Hyde, Sarah Brightman, his wine label...)

- Neutered songs by lowering key (Rusty Nail, Kurenai, Silent Jealousy) in their most recent show at Makuhari Messe. Sounds flat and dreadful. I can't believe they've done that to such masterpieces.

- Increasingly more obvious that Yoshiki cannot write good rock songs anymore without hide.

I'll always remember this band for what they were and what they gave to me through their music but the future in my opinion is pretty grim for them. Label this post dramatic, silly, unfounded, or whatever pleases you. I'll always consider giving a listen to whatever they put out but I've removed all hopes and expectations. It will be what it will be.

still hoping that they will do a world tour though. But no album and  again 3 concerts in Japan. Seriously, if no album drops, they need to fuckin tour at least. Nobody thinks about non-Japanese fans, we are good to be paraded around in documentaries "proving" how successful X is overseas, but when it comes to actually doing something for us, we are always 90000 miles behind Japanese fans. Nobody communicates with us in English, apart from Yoshiki's sentimental postings (his official announcements, however, are 80% in Japanese), and the occasional once-in-a-blue-moon post by Sugizo. :( I don't get this.  They supposedly have American management. Yet nobody talks to us in English. This is really beyond sad :(

Haha so the honeymoon phase is over. Never thought I'd see such a 180 from you in terms of posts.

Yoshiki from a tweet yesterday morning "There will be an announcement tomorrow" (https://twitter.com/YoshikiOfficial/status/1006479634710450176)

Tomorrow is now today. There is no sign of any announcement. If Yoshiki can't keep his word for 24 hours, how can we expect him to keep promises of releasing the album that span YEARS?

The announcement is made, I think we need to consider the time differences. LA time "tomorrow" is not our "tomorrow". :)

Might want to get your facts straight before making another Yoshiki-apologist post. We got the announcement and it's "meh" at best.

When asked if X Japan will do another American tour, Yoshiki replies: "Depends on the reactions from tomorrow night's #XJapan performance at @Coachella. Thanx for your support. Come see us!"

lol pretty frustrating answer. I mean, you aren't going to naturally find a lot of fans at that festival for multiple reasons (completely different genre/musical offering/different scene, the cost just to attend, etc). I hope he's not serious. I think they should reflect on the turnout for 2010 and they'll see they nearly filled 1,500-2,000 capacity theatres around North America. With more promotion and the launch of the new album, that should be no issue to do again.

The Concerts / Re: Coachella with surprises
« on: April 15, 2018, 05:15:18 PM »
Glad they were able to perform as a full band with Sugizo but that wasn't one of their best shows by far....where to begin...

I think showing the clips from We Are X and old concerts on the screen has its place in Japan where the fans KNOW the background but it probably confused a lot of people at Coachella. Also, complete respect for hide and Taiji but to literally turn on the holograms for a few moments of X? Again, super confusing and weird for potential new fans.

Sugizo had major guitar issues which sucks but it kind of also highlighted how weak Pata's playing has become. I could hear him lagging behind Sugizo at times..they were not tight. Lowered key of Kurenai and X sounds like garbage and I'm not convinced it's for Toshi 100%, I mean he's singing quite normally in my opinion on other songs. These 2 classics now sound like demo tracks and the solos just sound neutered.

Entire band was probably pretty jet lagged and tired, hopefully the 2nd show in a week is tighter. Interested to hear reviews from those who attended.

24
Not sure what the logic is behind the lower key for some of the classics...I'd be surprised if Toshi wasn't able to hit the notes in the higher key...maybe they were worried about him blowing his voice or straining it right before Coachella? I viewed these 2 shows as a warm up for Coachella anyway....

Also, what the hell is Yoshiki doing stage diving? This guy baffles me....you just had major surgery and are telling people you were nearly paralyzed and have to alter your drumming style and you go and jump into a crowd of fans who are like savages. Lmao my god. Anyway, looking forward to the live stream on Sat night.

Could this new banner on the X Japan facebook page be promising? https://imgur.com/a/UgX8t yes, you could argue that they'd show Sugizo's image because he's part of the band but you could also argue they'd opt for another design or perhaps just the X JAPAN and coachella logos with the dates? Hoping they resolved the visa issue.

The Concerts / Re: Coachella with surprises

How the fuck does this even happen? What kind of clowns are involved in planning and management of this band? An X Japan without Sugizo would be a sub-par experience and not even remotely one I'd want to have on display at one of the biggest festivals in America. What the fuck.

27
hide with Spread Beaver (yes that's the band name) held several concerts after hide's death. They use his recordings just like X Japan did (and nobody criticized them for it, unlike they criticize Yoshiki...)

Lol who actually cares about hide with Spread Beaver though? When hide was practically the band, it makes sense to try and use his recordings to keep performing, despite that being a really lame thing to do. If they were at all relevant in the past 10 years, I'd probably have criticized them as well. The difference is that X Japan is more than hide and when you specifically hire Sugizo to essentially fill that role, using hide recordings is an insult and doesn't add anything unique to the songs because you know exactly how the recording sounds.

I honestly feel like you are looking for anything to say "YOU BLAME YOSHIKI FOR X, Y, OR Z BUT NOT THIS PERSON FOR X, Y, Z"

28
Aside from the fact that it seems a few people here have lost the plot...it really does seem like Yoshiki's read the forum or has been shown a lot of the criticism from online sources like this. If so, good. It's healthy to see both sides. Honestly, nothing in that entire statement surprised me much. Yoshiki is the master at saying a whole lot about nothing sometimes. Fans still in the honeymoon stage, like Teemeah, will accuse us of "pressuring him into finishing the album", meanwhile, we're just wanting some actual transparency on why he isn't delivering on the things he's saying, simply because after time, it feels like it's at OUR expense. If Yoshiki never made countless statements about the new album "99% done" etc, we wouldn't be in this mess. He makes it HARD to believe that he's coming from a genuine place when he says some of these things.

There is zero doubt about his physical condition; it's real and it sucks, but the DECISIONS...man the decisions...Like if your condition is so poor, why on earth are you doing Coachella? This is where I have sympathy issues. None of the real fans care if he does Coachella. This to me is a bucket list thing for him. Yes, as an artist he can perform how and where he wants, but don't lose sight of the decisions being made. Part of me truly thinks Yoshiki thought he could break into the Western market and make a huge splash. The sad part is that I think he's realizing that isn't likely to ever happen and they'll simply remain niche with the possibility of gaining a moderately sized new fan base with a lot of effort. Also, I don't know how much I believe in blaming the "agent/promoter", we all know Yoshiki has a lot of power when it comes to HIS band. To me, it's like he's hit a dead end with his condition and almost sees pursuing a new album as a waste of time....OR this is just another drama-filled post because he is also very cryptic in what he's saying. Eluding to "big news that he can't speak of right now". The guy is extremely confusing and nothing short of a PR nightmare.

Yeah it is probably a digitally improved photo. Technology improved a lot, and now we are able to make films shot in the 1920s look like they were shot two weeks ago. I realy wish old X Japan footage were taken to be digitally improved, as well. It would be awesome to see 1989 concert footage in full HD. Maaaaan.

Yoshiki, if something, THIS should be your next project. :D

THIS. THIS. THIS. So much this. Why does every single one of their videos pre-2008 have to look like it was shot with a potato?

I agree.  I see videos with great sound but the video sucks.  I am always tempted to download them and try to edit the videos to a higher quality,  if I can find the software to do it, then reupload.   They'd probably get pulled down, though.  lol

As far as I know this is impossible, unfortunately. A lot of X Japan's footage from their early days/90s was recorded with betacam which natively is standard definition resolution. I was kind of sad with the "bluray" releases as they are better quality but it's just a very cleaned up release from the master tapes, and they're still in SD, hence the black bars on the sides.

We'd only be in luck if any shows were recorded on film which when converted to digital, can be upwards of 4k resolution or more depending on what's used. Take a look at this footage of Nirvana from a show in 1991 recorded on film and converted to digital, it's incredible. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=84CDRhobXsQ this is why films from the 30s and whatnot can look like they were shot yesterday if the master film is in good condition before being converted.

I don't think I've ever agreed with a single thing I've ever seen Teemeah say since she came to the forums. I typically don't appreciate her, what appears to me, lack of empathy with the long-time fans (it's really easy to not be frustrated when you haven't been sitting through a decade of empty promises and long stretches of time with no real movement. You aren't emo if you're frustrated over a long period of time after the thing frustrating you doesn't change or improve.). It's been a literal decade and, in my personal opinion, for a rock band to not produce a promised album in that timespan...it's completely warranted to be frustrated with unrelated projects and other distractions. I think I've agreed with just about every post I've ever seen Feudal drop since I joined here 2010ish. He shares my sentiments more often than not.

That said, I think his comment about Teemeah was unnecessary, regardless of the fact that Teemeah more often than not complains about people voicing their frustration on a relevant message board for discussion. I really think we all just need to agree to disagree. The people booing are doing it because they want to cheer, after a long string of disappointments with no sign of improvement in sight. The people cheering are less focused on the disappointments and are just really enjoying discovering the band in general. We were all there at one point, which is why some of us are so disappointed now.

Just wanted to throw in my two cents. Between the lack of substantial news, and the constant tension between members, I'm constantly bummed out when I check in here. I haven't been posting as a result. I'm just happier without this stuff in my life. I'm considering leaving the forums myself. I'm not asking for anyone to beg me to stay, but just want to put that thought out there as food for thought to anyone that may be feeling the same way I am and would like to see this community the way it was just a few years back.

It's one thing to be disappointed and another thing to spoil everyone else's fun time every single time at every single post because you are disapopointed. Whatever I post, I get the sarcastic but where is the album and why is yoshiki not doing this and he should just blow up and disband why is this band even together rants. Whereer. Post a photo of yoshiki smiling? Instant boo yoshiki is msiling, he should be working on the album. Post a news of a concert? Boo, Yoshiki is a drama queen blablabla. This is just enough already. Sympathy? Have YOU GUYS every showed any sympathy towards anyone else not agreeing with your depressed sarcastic replies to everything? I think you have gotten enough sympathy, what else do you guys want? Constant patting on the head, "oh poor old time fans, so bad for you". Get over it. You all blame yoshiki for not getting over his past, hide and stuff like that, but you are doing the exact same. That's not fandom. You are playing victim, while accusing and throwing stones at Yoshiki claiming he plays victim. None of you are any better than Yoshiki. There, my 5 cents.

It's clear we disagree on a lot but please, give it a break. Show me a single time I blamed Yoshiki for his torment over hide's death or his troubled past. Show me a post where I hated on a photo of him smiling. Yes, calling you a clown was not necessary, but welcome to the internet. I was frustrated when making that post, but you're acting as though I'm going to extremes (making violent or racist/hateful comments). Go ahead and continue using the forum as you wish; I have no issues with that. I'm not spamming or sending harmful DMs to anyone.

Sure I'll make a post now and then or a snarky reply that will ruffle a few feathers but that's life. As I said earlier, we're not cut from the same cloth. StarWarsArtist and a small handful of others who I don't think visit these forums anymore are the only ones who've timelessly shared the same thoughts as me (as they mentioned above). This forum is comprised of different types of fans. I'll let off you BEFORE it becomes harassment but my god, stop making a mountain out of a molehill.
