My favourite album made no. 1 on the list.Same here!
apparently Sugizo is not doing well. He has a trauma that extended from the shoulder through the arm (he guesses it's from wearing the guitar strap over the same point for years)there is one more thing that worries me, Pata I hope he really reduces his drinking activities
according to his IG post he's receiving therapy for that and it's based on applying oxygen supplies to the injured area to diminish pain. I just hope it's not permanent, we already have an injured Yoshiki in the roster...
That would be a good addition. And Yoshiki can concentrate on piano, fan interaction and other stuff.
however the drummer girl was really something! Maybe she should have been hired for X, since Yoshiki is still beaten down by the multiple surgeries.
https://photos.app.goo.gl/gmJStsELAGvS8mj36This is awesome. Great work.
I think he also might be scared to come back on stage as a drummer, considering his playing style, his age and the fact that he had multiple surgeries throughout the years. In his Instagram feed I've never seen a recent picture of him playing the drums, they're all throwback images. He's kind of a piano-only musician right now, I thinkI really wouldn't mind if he does not come back as a drummer, but only a pianist. As long as he or X does come back to us with some music.
Sadly true.
seeing how things are going, it actually has higher chances to be played by anyone but X, in fact.
Is there a particular reason why the victim chose to talk about what happened now?
I am 100% disgusted by rape, kidnapping, or sexual abuse, but I've gotta say this whole thing seems like kink shaming to me. She was 19, not 15 or 16. She knew who MM was - look at him, listen to his music, read his words - you KNOW he isn't vanilla. She stayed with him, got engaged to him at 23 or 24, and now she says he "groomed" her? Yes, it's pretty gross for a man in his late 30s to date someone so much younger, but at what age do you take responsibility for yourself? Don't get me wrong - if he actually abused anyone without their consent, he should pay and pay dearly - but it seems to me like nobody was held against their will. They kept working for him or sleeping with him. Maybe I haven't heard the whole story and I definitely don't believe in blaming the victims, but I think it's also wrong to blame someone for their consentual kinks. Just my 2 cents...I don't wanna get explicit here, but please do some research. From what I've gathered just in a few minutes today it was much more going on. Some very disturbing shit. There is no excuse for shit like that. None.
Also, poor Yoshiki! He has some bad luck for sure.
Haha. Yes indeed that's him. He is always postponing stuff...He's postponed again, don't ask me why😁

Yoshiki is me the day after I made a serious decision about my life.
I'm an X pessimist but I wouldn't say the reunion was for nothingI agree with you. If there was no reunion I wouldn't have been able to see them live just once in my life. So that's good.
Over the past 15 years, they still played dozens of shows including their first ever international tour (even if it's execution left a lot to be desired). Lots of fans got to discover and see them because of that, and their reformation has kept the brand alive in some way. They also released a few official studio songs, which although isn't as good as an album, is better than nothing I guess.
The reunion has been a let down because of what it could be based on Yoshiki's proclaimed vision, but it's still good it happened imo
however, I just saw a clip of Yoshiki playing a soundtrack from the Frozen movie and while I was listening, I couldn't hear anything but my freaking mind screaming "I want speed metal again" Good grief, I'm so tired of hearing ballads.Haha. You were not the only one.
does anybody remember when Yoshiki asked us to sing Endless Rain and send the video clips?Yes I remember and I asked myself the same question a few days ago. Let's see if we will ever hear of that project again.
I guess he called it quits even on that project?
I'm always wondering what is Heath doing all day. He keeps so quiet...I swear pretty much noone knows what he is up to. It's almost like... he disappeared.
I checked the Japanese Wiki voice about him, nothing new. Did the same with the official website, same result.
is he ghostwriting songs or performing with another stage name?

He basically says he's waiting for the right time and how it's tough when you cannot do a live right now. It's exactly as I said. Yoshiki thinks some magical moment will come by when the American music scene is waiting for him and he'll make a splash. That was 2010 but you fucked around for a decade. Honestly, just release the album and schedule some tour dates when COVID has calmed down a lot, give some banger performances and call it a day.AMEN to that.
I just had to google this, because i've never heard the term hyperthyroidism (Schilddrüsenüberfunktion in German). Well... I can hardly imagine him having this. But what do I know.

I recall that I've read somewhere that Yoshiki might have hyperthyroidism (that would explain his extremely thin body type) and very often people who experience this condition need to eat frequently because of their heavy metabolism, especially sweet treatsI just had to google this, because i've never heard the term hyperthyroidism (Schilddrüsenüberfunktion in German). Well... I can hardly imagine him having this. But what do I know.
the simplest explanation is that X members (not the historical ones, of course) consider themselves musicians for hire and they feel like they belong less than ever to a band. (Not surprisingly...) So they feel like they're allowed to overlook minor details such as background vocals. It wouldn't surprise me.
