(Scroll down to the X Japan NYC Coverage parts 1 and 2. The first link to part 2 doesn't work, but the second link to part 2 does. There are also ads, unfortunately.)

I clicked on the 3 parts and none ot the links are working.
It says that the link is not valid...

Albums/Singles / Re: X Japan New Album (What?)
« on: October 21, 2010, 06:09:38 PM »
I would like that Without You is also on the new cd!
For Kurenai: I prefer the version with violin/piano/ToshI (I couldn't look back..) intro.

We've got some pretty decent sized conventions, Would be interesting if they decided to show up at one of those.

Conventions?
Honestly, I prefer them doing real concerts in real concert avenues!!!

Who care about pronouncement of english. It is about the music.
Yes! I agree with that!

that's the way that Toshi's been addressing crowds for over a decade, so i don't think he'll be stopping any time soon. nothing wrong with getting a crowd even more pumped up, and he does a great job of doing it!

And this too I agree!
No need to change!!!

Beside my wishes for our European Tour, I am also wondering when that famous Press Conference will be done with the dates and venues for the tour.... :D
Are there sleeping overthere?
It seems to be the calm before the storm!

I think Yoshiki is trying to appeal to the mainstream crowd in these countries - not Jrock/anime/visual-kei fans

I am not a 'J rock/anime/visual kei fan' by the way. I don't see music in that way. I am just a lover from beautiful music and good musicians. I don't know Japanese, I just prefer the Japanese sounds from the language because it sounds like music and it is more beautiful for ToshI singing in Japanese.
I am I think -  what you call - mainstream crowd.
I first knew X Japan and I loved them immediately. Later I found out that some people call it J rock and visual kei. But it is just about music and good musicians for me.

I think this could be the same way for other 'mainstream crowd' if they had the chance to hear their songs ...

HerrAmn: They know that the European fans prefer the japanese versions....
The english traductions are done in the first place for the American people...

I know Voiceless Screaming is a Taiji/ToshI song: that is why I wrote: if possible!
They did a verse form Unfinished in Yokohama concert.
They did play Rose of Pain in France...

This post is about: inviting the people who'll go to the European tour to write here their wishes and hope!

X JAPAN World Tour / Europe Tour: Hope/Wishes etc...
« on: October 16, 2010, 10:16:22 PM »
I suppose they are taking rest now, working at the cd/dvd, planning, mayby flying back to Japan, Sugizo working with Luna Sea for their tour to come etc...
In the while we, Europeans, are waiting for THE PRESS CONFERENCE hopely coming soon and announcing which countries and avenues they will play in dear old Europe...

What are you hoping for the Europe tour? What are your wishes?

For me: I hope for longer concerts, longer setlists than the shows in America.
I prefer more pauzes in the concert if that results in longer setlist.
Beside the setlist from America, I hope they add: Blue Blood, Unfinished, Rose of Pain, if possible: Voiceless Screaming, And an acoustic song with Heath, Pata, ToshI on bass and guitars and Sugizo on violin: I don't mind which.... Orgasm would be nice too...I can't ask all the songs, so I'll stop here.

I also hope they will perform the japanese songs in japanese and not in English translation: Toshi's voice is so much more beautiful with the Japanese words...

I hope the crowd will be not a moshing or -whatever that is called- crowd. I don't want to be pushed on the ground and all the things I have read from the NY show.

Starwarsartist, when I click on your link, I am on my own facebookpage.
I think you must give the link from your 'info' page, then it will work!

Happy Birthday to our best and beloved vocalist and good person!!!

LOL!!!
Quote
Yoshiki and Stan Lee may seem like an odd couple, but the two definitely have a rapport, even if Stan Lee called him "Takashi" and "Yokashi" before Yoshiki politely corrected him.
   ;D

Quote
No matter what he's called, it's clear that Yoshiki has a huge following, especially among Japanese women. A number of them had to be physically restrained before they were allowed to enter the room; then screaming and squealing ensued. They jumped over rows of chairs to get closer to their iconic hero. They yelled out his name. They told him they loved him. It's unclear if they heard the announcement, or if they even cared.
:(  I hope not such actings in our Europe tour please!!!

Thank for you review DemonIced and the beautiful pictures and video's!
7 hours on a bus!!! Chapeau!!!! I couldn't stand it I guess!
Looks like the concert again was full of energy like all their concerts!

Still I hope in Europe fans will be less screaming DURING the songs, I want to be able to hear the performings of the band and to hear clearly Toshi singing!
If anyone can be in contact with Toshi, please pass him this suggestion: 'before each beginning of a song, ask to the crowd to scream their lungs out; in the hope we can enjoy the music better without all those screamings'!

Quote
Thanks a lot Ulquiorra for all the magnificent videos. How did you manage to catch the whole show? Did you keep your camera in your hands the whole time?
Ulquiorra is our specialist-detective in finding the video's for us! Thanks Ulquiorra!!!

Demonized, there are 5 Alexandre Leduc on facebook!Which are you?

It seems X fans can never be pleased....XD
There's hide playback? People whine Sugizo should play since it's a live concert...
Sugizo plays? People whine that he changed the way the solo sounds.
If he had actually played it the exact way hide did....there would people whining that he's just a copycat and doesn't add anything new to the band.

Very thrue  :D
X fans are hard to be pleased!!!
But I must say that I too, I hope Sugizo will play this solo from Rusty Nail more beautiful with the time! I can not say that it is my prefered Sugizo guitarversion!!!
(I am that much X-ed those days with all those concerts, that I logged in with X freaks instead of my name LOL And I didn't understand why I couldn't log in!!!)

It is always better to take earplugs with you.
Here in our country many young people have lost hearing ability. It is a big problem now in concerts that music is too loud and with the mp3 and other players that people set too loud. And once lost, it doesn't come back!
I didn't go to many concerts too the last years, it is my daughters who said me to always take earplugs when going.

January!!!!
I am already saving money for that every month, because I have to pay 3 tickets and mayby hotel and so further.
No news from lining ups or are they already in the venue? Are there many people?
I see nothing written!

Because I thought it was a sick blog I tweeted the blog to the lawyer and he tweeted: it is too bad and unlawful.
But even my English is bad! Unlawful: does that mean:against the law?

I don't know if it is from Masaya, I have no idea.
Somebody on twitter gave me the link.
And I don't know good what he is writing. But I know it is sick, because of the image suggerating funeral style! And what I understand is that he says it is his last post and the blog wil close on 10/10, the anniversary from ToshI.
I don't know but my instinct says that it is a sick blog!
