The Concerts / Re: London Concert 2017, anyone?
« on: March 05, 2017, 08:19:49 PM »
Just got back home.
I had an amazing time at the concert. My neck still hurts from all the headbanging! I'm so glad I went through the trouble to get there.
Lets hope they come back to perform in London with some awesome new songs from the ¨new¨ album.

I still have my ticket, but I'm not booking anything in advance.
If all seems ok, I might consider making some last minute plans.

Eurostar Train tickets can now be booked for the X day weekend :)

I've also been stalking the AXS ticket selling site, but noticed the tickets have pretty much stopped selling the last weeks. Hope it picks up again once the date draws near ^_^

Okay, so who else got their tickets for XDAY??? :D

Yes! But it was a horrible ticket system. Took half an hour to find an acceptable seat..

When I voted Jade had 80% of the votes, but now it's the other way around >.<

Toshi / Re: ToshI featuring Yoshiki
« on: December 23, 2011, 09:13:58 PM »
A Toshi with Yoshiki song that I've never heard before is on youtube, suprisingly its a rock track, unfortunatly imo, while it does make me want Toshi to start using his raspy voice in X again even more, I really don't like this song form the first listening, I can't take it seriously, its just too hilarious.

Its a different song, but sounds a lot like ToshI's solo song "Samurai Japan".

Just received a notification from the japanese itunes store, the audio versions of The Last Live, Dahlia Tour Final and X japan RETURNS, are now available for 2400 yen (each).

Merchandise / Re: X JAPAN THE LAST LIVE Complete Edition

o, someone just mentioned on X Boards that you can buy it cheaper yet from Amazon Japan...just to let you know! Bought one thing from them...and they were good to deal with!

Am wondering if the quality if the video will be better than the DVD version they last released...it's not exactly amazing...

I'd rather have them fix the audio quality.. It's horribly distorted at intensive moments, for example when the piano & guitars kick in at forever love.

Debating whether to buy the expensive box or the regular edition. I'm willing to buy the expensive box if I know there isn't going to be a blu-ray release. Which I don't think there is going to be, because of said audio quality and video quality.
Or maybe they are withholding a blu-ray widescreen release in case money is needed :P

So, is there a reason for using a photo slideshow for tears, unfinished and forever love?
Was there no footage or something, as they weren't there in the first release?

I'll be buying at yesasia.com Never had to pay customs tax with them yet ;)

X JAPAN World Tour / Re: X JAPAN's world tour plans for 2011
« on: July 28, 2011, 06:24:59 PM »
Thanx, Rafaelo! Nice video..
But… poor Yoshiki =( As I may guess they were talking about his father. Does anyone have any idea what was the topic of the whole report?

The video's at that link are down, but if I recall correctly, the translation posted matches the video posted by Rafaelo.

I wonder how its gonna fit. In london yoshiki pushed over a guy who was working on his drums, and almost ran over a camera man.
The guy at the drums really didnt expect yoshiki to dash to his drums while he was playing the piano XD

Were they selling t-shirt or yoshikitty?
Yes, both. T-shirt 20 pounds, yoshikitty about 60 i think.

There was a question about patas facial hair at the japan-expo conference, and he answered something like "it being a pain" did anyone catch that? My japanese isnt the best and i dont speak a word french.

And about yoshiki jumping in the crowd, I dont think he should do that. The second time he jumped, a girl(?) got pushed down under him and the security guards almost couldn't get her up anymore. It was just insane.

X JAPAN World Tour / Re: The X-Train project - London to Paris
« on: June 30, 2011, 07:57:39 PM »
Haha "met" is a big word, more like "trailed him off the platform and shouted WE ARE X as he left" ;)
Very weird experience but glad I was there ^_^

I was on level 1 and had a perfect view of the band, but honestly coulnd't tell which language the lyrics where.. Hope my ears heal before the paris gig.

I think "Xplosive" is a good way to describe the performance :)

Albums/Singles / Re: JADE

Ah, thanks. Somehow managed to miss it :o

I certainly haven't seen it before :o

I just noticed on this page: http://www.kililive.com/shows/

Looks like there's guests :o

X JAPAN World Tour / Re: X JAPAN's world tour plans for 2011
« on: June 08, 2011, 08:56:46 PM »
Xjapanmusic.com has a new front page now, based on the tour and buying tickets.

"Jade coming soon"
Can't wait ;D

The site looks way better than the old one imo. Especially the jade background artwork.
Think i'm gonna use it as my desktop or ipad background  ;D

They spelled Utrecht wrong on the splash...

Win tickets to X JAPAN's concert
X JAPAN is giving a unique concert in France on July 1, and on this occasion, Japan Expo is proposing a new contest to let you attend it for free! You can't miss this, can you?

From the contest page:
Question 5: After the release of I. V. this year, what is the name of the new single of the band?

A: Rubis
B: Jade
C: Diamond

Lol what? They must have used old questions  :P

X Japan related / Re: WANTED: X-Japan 28Jun London tickets
« on: June 01, 2011, 04:51:02 PM »
Can you recomend a specific website?
I'd take this if I were you :)

Just to let you know that I will be present to this show!
I'm so happy to see them again!!

Also the X-Japan France show is in same time that Japan Expo, the greater Anime Convention outside of Japan.
So if you can stay longer I suggest you to go there too. http://www.japan-expo.com
Current list of musician (more to come) : http://www.japan-expo.com/en/menu_invite/musiciens_137.htm

And finally for the security issue. Pickpocketers will target "touristic place" as Eiffel tower or louvre museum who are far away from Zenith. But like all not-asian country you just have to keep a eye on your stuff. (bag close, not in your back if people are near, hand in your pocket if too crowd, ...) There don't take risk... If you can detect them there will not do it.

Good to know that, hopefully the Zenith will fill up!

Haha, I just noticed the X Japan world tour 'ad' in the background of the japan-expo website. Looks like the promotor bought some serious adspace :P
X is also attending the Japan Expo (http://www.xplosion-online.com/index.php/en/news/x-japan-news/311-x-japan-press-conference-at-japan-expo-on-june-30th)
Curious how that's gonna turn out...

And as for the other musicians at the Japan Expo, I hope that Akira Yamaoka is gonna be there at a date I can attend :)
