Idk if 2019 will be a good time to release the album or not because we don't know what 2019's "thing" is yet. If the music climate swings back into the rock genre or something where people are kind of seeking something darker than pop, than "yes" it would be a perfect time to release the album. Thankfully the album is finished, so if that happens X can pounce and release it.

However, trends usually last in increments more than 1 year... and the 1st year is the weaker base of a trend while the following year ppl really start piggy-backing and it starts  to become a solidified personality of the times as years go on for at least the next 3-5, sometimes 10 years.

So really, if 2019 becomes the year of bringing back rock, it wouldn't be good to release the album until the end of the year or even maybe early 2020. That way they could focus on bringing fans and new audience members alike onto a full year's worth of touring throughout 2020/early 2021.

Or something. Idk. Idrk what I'm talking about.

I feel like any steam they may have had over the last 8 years has been squandered. I dunno, maybe Yoshiki can buy off enough promo and industry folk to force the records to be a success but I feel as it is that the album is just gonna be little more than blip on the radar as far as Western markets are concerned.

I very highly doubt it's ever coming out at this point unless someone hacks Yoshiki's computers and leaks it.

I hope there's a lyric sleeve with the album  I still don't know what some of the lyrics are in I.V., BTBF, Jade....

Especially IV. So many wrong transcriptions everywhere.

Yoshiki flew to Japan for a pressconf today and the news articles say something like his condition is not so good, apparently his body is not accepting the implant well, he experiences considerable pain and his hand is still numb. Regardless, he will proceed with the acoustic concerts and believes that he would heal eventually.

Apparently he only said that it's 99% done with no details about a release. >_< but i only saw one source mentioning it so far, maybe there will be more information showing up later

At this point I hope they title the album "99% Done" so I can look back at 10 years of interviews and just laugh.

I've got goosebumps listening to Without You. Toshi's vocals are devastatingly emotive. I couldn't be happier with this studio version.

ANOTHER SONG WITH THE WORD RAIN IN IT.

This song is really really really flat. It's like a song that never actually builds up like it wants to. There's absolutely no emotion in this.

Heath and Sugizo in particular look annoyed by the 32:50 mark of the video.
