Sugizo / Sugizo's DVD - Rise to Cosmic Dance

Has anyone here seen it? Thoughts?
I really loved it, I had pretty high expectations because I am a huge fan of his, and have wanted to see something like this from him for a long time. But he really blew away all my expectations, it was amazing! I'm very jealous of anyone that got to be there for the performance I especially loved his performance of Enola Gay, Sweet, and 1000knives but they were all great! Especially when he was dancing and the entire band, (himself included) started playing with percussion instruments lol. The extra stuff was fun too! He had a great group of artists performing with him, and it was good to see some of those familiar faces on stage with him for that show Very fun indeed! This will be at the top of my favorite DVD list for a lonnnng time!

He may have "alienated" himself a bit, but his solo work really is some of my favorite music out there. He's been one of my favorite artists for a long time, and I loved Luna Sea, but I think his solo stuff far exceeds what they did (but hey, everyone likes different stuff ^_^ ). I like his positive attitude, and the message he gives about peace, and of course his voice, and his instrumental skills. But I think his music is not for just anyone, some of it is really out there and I can see why a lot of people don't get it. He is really a very, very talented guy and very intelligent as well.

I've been a fan since 1995, when I was 12... I first heard them riding home with my cousin, who was about 6 years older, and was a huge X Japan fan! I just found their music to be a lot of fun at first, but the more I heard/saw from them, the more addicted I became! Got motivated to learn guitar, piano, and violin because of them (though all at various times) and now they are just complete rulers of my life
