THIS IS THE "MOVIE QUOTE QUIZ" THREAD OF XFF.

Thread starter (me) posts a quote and the person who guesses which movie it's from can post the next one.
I'd appreciate it if the quote was put in

Honestly, I didn't see the movie, but I think it was in a book I've read about Hannibal Lector. But it must be 15 years ago.
