I'm glad to hear they're gonna stream it cus that probably means good news! Also, streaming on myspace is a way to reach international audience so that makes me think about a world tour announcement! Can't just be about hide memorial :P

When I press red "opelating environment" (http://www.nice2meet.us/ja/requirements/seminar.html) button it takes me to site with scary looking tech stuff information. Is this where the screen is supposed to appear when proadcasted?

Well the big annoucement is Paris and New York concerts. I'm just hoping they'll talk a little more in English as the news about the annoucement was translated in English...
Edit : when he was talking English, Yoshiki said (if I understood well) that they'll start with those two shows and see how it goes. Then they'll probably play more dates in US, Europe, East Asian and maybe even South America... depends on how it goes.

How much is a flight ticket from LA to NY? Even if it's far, domestic flights are not that expensive right?

Toshi now made it clear that his words about Yoshiki being late (and thus the show started late) was only a joke, that Yoshiki was actually there first and that the whole problem was just technical, because there were many technical difficulties.

Hmm. If it's really going to be only in NY, I'll have to think about whether to go or not (and it's not simply a money issue, but also time and effort and some other stuff). I'm willing to go anywhere within a few hours' drive, but NY... dunno.

Hmm, a quick search gave me $330. You should at least put it under serious consideration! It would be one mighty experience! I thought the same before going all the way to Japan to see them, but it was totally worth it.

Thanks for the search. :) But, eh, I dunno. Like I said, it's not just about the money for me, it's also annoying for me to travel so far. To be perfectly honest it's unlikely I'd go as far as NY for a concert, even for X Japan, but we'll see, I guess.

Sadly I don't see that happening......lol I'm so negative! It would be awesome if they went to Oz but I don't think they will. Anyway, just checked out air tickets and estimated I could save enough to go to the NY concert.... :twisted:

It is even worse than if they decided not to come to Europe at all, that would at least mean I don't waste my maybe only chance to see X live...
I think it was quite funny to watch the stream even though it was mostly in japanese XD
And I really love Yoshiki's crappy english... i didn't understand him at all at times, but I guess we all understood his message!
I liked the part when they didn't want to answer that one question (i think it was about hide) and always told the other to speak XD i wonder what heath said in the end

I'm really not sure if they will consider Australia at this point.. all of the 'international' attention seems to be focused on Europe, US, and tentatively South America. Do they even know we exist down here?
I swear I really would fly to see them in Europe or America, but its just too expensive from Australia. I have enough debt as it is.. :(

I think unfortunately there won't be much chance for a concert in Australia... The fanbase just isn't big enough from what i've seen.. Honestly, in every CD/Music store i've been to around the country, not once have i seen anything X Japan related... Apart from a counterfeit necklace at a market that you could only tell was an X necklace by the "X Japan" written on it in a crappy font... And though i'd absolutely love to see it, i can't picture them playing a pub gig... :P

I've tried to contact the band members or at least their representatives through email addresses on websites, Myspace etc, I would love to at least find out from one of them directly if they are even considering Australia.. No luck yet. I know the language barrier is a problem.. Anyway we can only hope. Yoshiki's my best chance but my Myspace message is probably one in about 500 he has unread from March alone lol
I realise so far outside of Europe they're booked for 20,000+ gigs.. They obviously couldn't bring such a huge production down to Australia but a theater/hall tour wouldn't hurt..

'Pari kouen' could also mean パリ公演 (which means rather an official performance in Paris)
And not パリ公園
