I made a sketch of him yesterday and I've just realized how crappy it is...but thanks to Photoshop, it doesn't look too shitty anymore.

Depends on the pic - mostly I'm working on pics some days only 1 hour or less - don't finish it in one day. So I can't tell you a correct time. But when I think of my comic-pictures, I mostly work on them around 2 or 3 hours. At real pictures it takes much more - may be starting with 15 hours.
