This is my favourite song of all time. When I first heard it, I couldn't understand what Toshi was singing, even the English language lines were unintelligible to me... But I didn't need to understand the words to feel the strength of emotion that this song conveys. Toshi's vocal is filled with so much conviction... the delivery is filled so many different emotions. Pain, regret, sadness, hope, hopelessness... just can't be beaten imo. I wish I could show this song to my ex-best-friend who cut me out of her life last year... it would tell her more about how I felt about her than anything I could say ever would.
The best version is the Last Live version even though Toshi's voice is very tired... it's the most emotional live performance I've ever seen.
