God, my first reaction to this song is that it sucks. Actually.
But I guess that will change after a couple of listens. I'm in a bad mood right now and find faults in everything xD I'd love a studio version.

i hate the fact that people are saying its 'i.v.' and 'without you' mixed it has nothing to do with 'without you'. i can hear similarities between 'jade' and 'i.v.' but not the other. it was defiantly written for hide. and the more you listen to it the more i like it now i think its an amazing song cant wait for studio version.

you have never heard without you if you say that there's no similarities between jade and without you, the refrain is alost the same and while i like jade quite a lot i see the similarities and I NOW don't mind at all, since yoshiki recycling songs has become quite common lately (see. iv. + mary mona lisa + vuk-r + scorpio)

Yes, Blue Sky Heaven is like a rock ballad version of Without you. But Jade IS Blue Sky Heaven.

Anyhow, i love the chorus. But the verses and everything else with only the base and guitar (Heath & Pata) feels so boring and empty. Im a big X Japan fan and i even felt I.V felt so "empty" live and even the studio version could have been better. Seeing the videos on Youtube of Blue Sky Heaven, it sounded good as a ballad, but now hearing it live with this "rock" sound sucks, there isnt enough of guitars and solos to make it a rock tune.

I personally did not like JADE at first, but the more i hear it..im starting to like it alot. The live version is lacking because its a crappy bootleg audio version. im sure the studio will be way better. i do hope they add a solo though too!

By the way,,,isn't the concert starting in like 30min?
