According to the official X Japan Taiwanese hopepage the Taiwanese live is postponed due to 'many different reasons'. The live was supposed to take place on the 14th of February. A 3 days 2 nights Hong Kong tour package is available for all fans for NT$12,000 (~360USD/~€264) which includes plane tickets to Hong Kong and back, two nights accomodation and a HK$1290 concert ticket for the Hong Kong live on 16th of January.

Here are the loose translations of two newsposts on the webpage:

Could you please clarify, the concert in Taiwan will be held on January 16th instead of February 14th?

No, the Taiwanese live is postponed but the fans from Taiwan can buy a travel package to Hong Kong, where there will be a concert on the 16th of January.

Even though this is such an unprofessional mess, and very disappointing, I must say that that package is quite sweet.

Sucks, good that they arranged this tour package, but another concert postponed simply sucks.

There is a rumor going around that it was because of security issues with the venue.

It would be so much better if they/X Japan/Yoshiki/their managment would be straight forward and say as it is, instead of some vague statement(s) which makes the fans to speculate about different reasons. It's out of these speculations rumors usually emerge.

hum...
but from the fans' messages posted on the TW official web, it seems all these coincidences made the TW fans speculate that it's coz the ticket sales of the additional show in HK on 16th is not as good as expected......so the show in TW is sacrificed to boost the sales in HK....

Hard to believe, as I have understood that you have to have a visa to get to Hong Kong and there isn't enough time for that. It would have been an explanation if they had postponed it a few weeks ago. Besides, the live in Taiwan is 'postponed', not 'canceled'.
