I have seen this before. Toshi is great. I got some Toshi videos so I'm trying to join the sharing forum.  Not sure it's a cover. I think it's an original T-Earth song but I could be wrong.

I am pretty sure it is an original T-Earth song. Well...pretty sure, considering he has now taken in and had an orchestra accompany it for his solo work, and he has done an english version of it for his mini album Pain, soon to be released.

This video comes from the WOWOW Collabo Labo broadcast.
Toshi said he almost hadn't been able to speak in the morning before the shooting. He was drinking honey during the performance to be able to sing ;D I'm not sure if the T-Earth part was shooted the same day as the part with Abe Natsumi, I guess it was but his voice sounded much better in the T-Earth part... probably because of the bottle of honey he had consumed...  :D
