Anyway, 9/10. Great song, although I think they have better ones (D'ailleurs kickes some major ass!). They're pretty much up there with ADX and Blaspheme as the best French metal bands.

More obscure heavy metal. Jameson Raid were a pretty obscure NWOBHM band (like Saxon :wink: ) and only released 2 singles. This is probably their best track.

the song gets ... 8/10. Didn't convince me immediately, but somehow ... grew. Dunno. (The vocals aren't powerful or dirty enough for my taste, but still cool song). :3

My other big "love" besides heavy metal: southern rock. To me, Molly Hatchet is the best of them, and this is one of their catchiest songs. HELL YEEAAAH.

Haha, glad that you enjoyed it. I'd say their first five albums are probably the best (No Reservations, Flyin' High, Strikes, Tomcattin' and Marauder, with Marauder being the heaviest of the bunch). If you like Blackfoot, chances are that you might like Molly Hatchet too, who I think are even better at that kind of rockin' southern boogie.

More obscure English rock 'n' roll from the NWOBHM. This sounds like no nonsense, blue collar boogie hard rock, which is just the way rock 'n' roll should be played. That thin guitarist on the left would later form one of the most unique bands ever, namely occult weirdo metallers Hell, who after splitting up in the late 80s (and their rather unique vocalist killing himself not long after that) have reformed last year to record a reunion album with Andy Sneap (who most people that are into metal will probably know!).[
