If it's really a concert in Germany I hope it's somewhere near the Netherlands, that'd be nice  :)

Yep from watching that video Toshi's voice is definatly back, he's still suffering a little bit from his voice breaking away but nowehere near as much as before, and his voice isn't warbling anymore, and its powerful again.

They've taken down that video of Toshi playing drums already, I suggest if you want to keep these videos then open them up on youtube now and download them somehow, I only say this because I'd like to keep these for a while because it takes what seems forever for a dvd to come out of X-japan's concerts, also this is Toshi's voice making a major comeback, and its a new performance of blue blood so its special.

Also it doesn't seem like the poster of the X and Blue Blood videos has anymore to upload.

Totally agree with you Ulquiorra, I recommend you all to search "youtube converters" in Google and start downloading these amazing clips to your hard drives like I have done. The person who has given us both of those videos seems to now be posting older material from 89'...interesting still, but we need the rest!  ;D

That's why I don't think he has the rest, because he's now uploading old ones.

http://downloadyoutubevideo.org

This website is the best to use right now, the other one isn't working, its very simple to download them off this site.

Just found I.V, put that youtube link into the downloadyoutubevideo website.

Toshi was definatly trying to avoid the high notes during the song, if you listen to it a couple of times you get used to the way he screams them. I still think its the best he's sung it live though.

I thought Toshi's vocals were abit too harsh in IV, I loved the harmonies he was doing with Sugizo in the I.V. Prelude though, that was beautiful stuff.

I also think Toshi could have eased up a bit on the I.V. singing. I prefer the reunion sound better. It's tough because even though it's a hard rock song, it suits softer more powerful singing...which we all know Toshi is very good at. For example, when he holds the notes for "VEIN...ARRRGGEGHREF!@*$@", he should've let them calmly slip away instead of holding on and churning them. Lol, still awesome nonetheless.

It feels more for me like he's trying to avoid the high notes by screaming in this one rather then just trying to make it sound different. Well actually he sings 'I'm lost within' like the pv, so I have no clue why Toshi sang it like that, it sounds pretty good though. And his harmonies with Sugizo were amazing.

Definately, he's been doing it ever since the Reunion lives to avoid the high notes. I guess it's just his way of dealing with it, Ryuichi from Luna Sea couldn't sing high enough anymore so Luna Sea decided to learn most of their songs which involved high singing in a key which he would be more comfortable with for their reunion lives, I guess Toshi would just prefer to do it this way.

That is the best that Toshi has sung Tears live, there were one or two moments where he used his rough voice where I don't think he should have but still, best performance of Tears he's done.

Yoshiki small drum medley thingy + Kurenai!!

Last minute countdown to new year.

Toshi only sang one more song and that's Orgasm, so we need that now.

Wow, thanks!  You guys (and this forum and these links) are awesome!  Watching the clips and reading this thread have really gotten me very excited about their World Tour.

X Japan is really an addiction - watching them live once (this year) has only made me want to watch them perform live again!  It really sucks that I'm not able to go to the Hong Kong, Taiwan or Korea concerts because of work commitments.  But I absolutely must catch one of their other concerts in 2009 regardless of the cost.  I'm now feeling so much more hyper about seeing X Japan in 2009 than logging off from my computer and going for the New Year countdown!

I've been tearing apart my favorite X sites to get to information about this show but none are updating as quickly as this one; I thank all of the contributors for their time and effort :)

If you could have told me anything...you would have known what love is...
