visual kei thing?not anymore...lol....the bad thing is that they are becoming very popular in America now and they may become very "commercialised" if you know what i mean.
Kyo's voice is awesome*in my opinion*.his screamings are not the best, but i love his voice in general.

1800's was rather like Beethoven, abit Haydin (he died in the beginning of 1800s) and stuff like that... Don't think there is much Visual Kei in Beethoven's compositions...

Oh but Beethoven (and Back and Haydn and Mozart and a lot more now "classical" musicans) was in his way very visual key, too - I mean, just look at his carefully styled hairdo and all that.

Just a different kind of visuals that were rebellious or a turn on or whatever then. hehehe

Boy now I had to think of my old school book for musical education, where all those geniuses had their own page, with picture name and bio . . . and was thinking of a 2525 edition where there are more pages with some of the guys now, starting with Yoshiki!

I have to be in a very specific mood to enjoy Dir En Grey, but when I am I love them.  Vocals are great too, most bands scream because they can't sing, Dir en Grey screams because they want to, cause Kyo's voice is extremely pleasant for the brief moments you catch him singing.  Also, I like the variety in the way they scream, a lot of screaming bands just scream in the exact same way and it gets borring terribly fast.  Dir En Grey knows how to vary it up and keep it interesting.

A: Yes, because the pile of bodies would break my fall.
