If you search for X JAPAN + I.V. on Yahoo Auctions Jp you can find some pictures of the t-shirts
But aren't there several new versions?
QuoteTaishou (Thing) it comes from hide ^^
Um... perhaps he meant taishou with this kanji - 大将 - meaning general (like an army leader).
Metallica, Paul McCartney and X Japan are really the only bands I'd have on a "see before I die list" but a reunited Axl, Slash and Duff line up of Guns N' Roses (wouldn't even matter to me whose on the other guitar or drums as long as they're good!) would be pretty up there too.
Random question, did Spread Beaver ever play any X Songs on tour?
I'm hoping for someone from Gazette or An Cafe.
If anyone else was curious here is a little bit of tech info about the technology used to create the hide hologram:
I've got no idea!
I mean, I've been a member for a year in a weak (I almost wrote week - I blame X )
It might be the concerts that have made all the swedish people to become members instead of lurking in the shadows? I did that for a long time before I became a memeber, and I still do it on some forums (mostly because I'm lazy - orkar inte registrera mig ). But I think it's nice!
With this many swedes we might finally get that concert in Globen? I bet Yoshiki reads all these forums for ideas, so come on!
Quote from: "Babak"Heh, where the hell does this wave of Swedes come from anyway?
i always asked that myself o_o it happens all the time... they come intruding in masses of a sudden!!
Quote from: "MillieQOF"Umm, I took out some of the chords a while ago, I'm thinking of doing a gp5 version of it somewhen soon. If anyone's interested?
Does the live version vary much from the studio version?
Sure, I'm sure it'll help a lot of people trying to learn the song. The live version varies so that there's no piano, and Sugizo is playing the hide-noises a bit differently.
Quote from: "MillieQOF"Vad heter du på Helgon? :0
Jag skickade ett pm, tänkte att det var offtopic, jag slarvar lite med sånt så jag ska försöka bättra mig
I'm not sure, but I recall reading something about him chosing it himself (at the forum on helgon or something)
Quote from: "Zwanster"Heath kind of looked like he was on heroin for a while though...
yeah... and hide looked like he was on psychedelics or magic mushrooms
For everybody that hasn't heart about fika! Fika is a very useful word that often translates into coffee or kawa or кофе or something like that, but the word fika covers it in a far better way Fika is when you get together for a cup of coffee AND (this is important) somekind of sweet bread, like pastry, cookies or buns or just regular sandwiches. You don't have to drink coffee, it can be tea or soft drinks or you don't even have to drink anything. It's really a hard word to explain! But it's so useful!
Maybe simplified, fika is what you do in a café?
Sorry if it's too much offtopic
I don't understand the skinny leg thing. For me, extremely skinny legs = not sexy. Not on girls, and not on guys either for that matter...
Hey, I enjoy eating too! Then there is a perfect swedish word we should learn all you people that come from other countries (at least you that enjoy eating)! Has anybody heard of the word "fika"?
David Bowie - absolute legend and one of the most influential artists of all time. His wild make up and dress sense is awesome. So many catchy songs and wonderful entertainer. Would be good for him to do a farewell concert as he is getting on a bit now.
