Dian, is saya/aku different based on gender of a speaker?
ee... no...
Saya and
Aku just two word that have one meaning, but older people in here indicate that
Saya more polite than
aku (usualy
Saya used for talking with someone older than you),
aku seem more arogant (for some people), but for some young people here there is no problem about it, and usualy young pople used
street language for I (
gue) or maybe use their name to called them self.
example: I'm hungry = Dian laper (some people not use
saya or
aku for calling them self)
me:---> do it this too
I called my self dian :wink:
in Indonesia there are no defference to call a man or a women, here no
her and him, or
she and his, just
dia/ ia (two word with one meaning again :wink: ), or
miliknyaI hope you undertand....
