Yoshiki / Re: YOSHIKI to undergo surgery on Monday‏
« on: August 05, 2009, 01:33:49 AM »

And as for Eos,I am not saying that you're lying about knowing Yoshiki. But if its true,I just like to say that having 1 or 2 meeting,or exchanging a few conversations wouldn't make someone knows other's people characters enough.

I would like to say on behalf of my friend, that we are concerned about Yoshiki and wether or not we know him and if it is really him, that is my business to clean up. I made a bad judgment call. I request that this not be bought up again as in the fact that nothing can be done about it anyway. Doing so would cause stress. It is bad enough that Eos keeps getting pointed out just because she is defending someone she and I care about. I'm sorry to say this, and I don't care if it gets me flamed or kicked off the forums, but no one should have to prove anything. Just by the way it was handled does not make any sense, it is also low on a fans part. There are the few people on this forum that I see actually caring about what is happening. I've said this over and over again, forget about the concerts and lives, we all know what is happening. As a true fan you would respect that. I offer my apologies if I offend anyone. I am mearly speaking the truth. Eos was getting annoyed by how some people reacted to the news and so she spoke up as well as I did. That does not mean you have to accuse and point her out, it is wrong.

If you have any further comments feel free to PM me.

And I pray that Yoshiki does what he thinks is right for his health.

*deep breath* please take the cats. Pata will feed them and love them.

And I apologize if I sounded like a broken record....my brain has died on me according to several people.

Laughing eh? He chuckles right now. I said something funny to him and he said to stop because it hurt to almost laugh. I think I was talking about Pata and cats (I have too many and I don't want to get rid of any, so I told him I would take my cats to Pata and move in) he actually did a little 'haha' reply back and then said 'it hurts to almost laugh' even though the reply came five minutes later.

I wish everyone could completely understand him, there are very few who do and actually know what he's been through. He keeps saying he'll go till he can't move or fall apart, that is how he is, but he is also very loving and he is just a man who has a lot of problems like the rest of us. Don't get me wrong he is an amazing person and a musical genius, but he is first and foremost, a human being and a man. Not all people can go through the pain he is going through (except for us women who are able or willing to bear children  :P ) sometimes he said it would be so bad he would pass out from it. The sad truth is we would be talking to him and he would go silent, we knew that it was pain again. We hate that he is in the studio all the time and never sleeps (SLEEP DAMMNIT!!!) because sleep is what makes people happy, just ask Pata. Even now he has issues with sleeping.

Please people if your going to complain about something, complain about politics. Not wether or not there is going to be a live in Paris (I'm sure I've said this a dozen times), Yoshiki will definatly let you know what he plans to do, right now he plans to recover and go home. He would also like your loving support and not to be bugged about it because most of the time right now, he is grumpy and doesn't want to hear about it in the first place. So please respect what he has gone through (how many times do I have to say it) it hurts a lot. And yes he does need to laugh so send him something funny to laugh at, even though it hurts to laugh but that is a good thing.

okay I think I am done ranting and repeating myself (holy crap that was brain shattering when I just woke up)

From what I know, which is the fact that he is in pain and is needing some kind of pain killer that borders on the side of knock out status, just so he can sleep properly.  I know he'll be more than okay in the long run, he just needs time, sleep, and patience. Otherwise this whole thing will happen all over again.

Love makes the world go round.....okay this is getting to the point where I'm becoming what I hate the most.....I'm trying to be positive here and be happy, but I just can't seem to stay that way without wanting to beat something. Yoshiki is going to get better just the noisy need to lay off the stress causing nonsense.

*dies* Why can't they just get it? Why? I mean come on...it's not hard. He is in pain and will be for a while. He does everything he can and I hope he does what the doctors tell him (he is not good at taking orders  :-\ ) I am going to torture him if he does something really dumb.

HOLY HELL THANK GOD YOU SAID THAT! Do you know how long I've been waiting for you to say something Eos? We both know how much pain he has been in for over a year now. So, please respect him for what he is doing.

As far as Yoshiki being in pain, yes he is in a lot of pain, even though the surgery is over. He can't bend his neck around at all without feeling something really painful. I seriously hopes he takes the advice given to him and takes the recovery slow. But we all know that in Yoshiki world, everything is get it done, gotta do this, gotta do that.

What I mean by devious is that he is 'the evil mastermind perfectionist' and is always looking for ways to take over the world ne?  ;D I mean come on, he's Yoshiki, no matter what I can't see him as a weak person or a horrible person either. I know he's alright. You just have to look on the bright side and stop worrying so much. Crying isn't going to help.

Yoshiki will be okay, he isn't a weak willed person. As a matter, he is stronger than he looks. And more devious too.

I know this is my first post. I have been lurking a long time and only just joined (finally) but  I wanted to step in and say I was surprised by the dismissive comment made about Yoshiki being a Drama Queen. He has certainly had is moments, no doubt about it, but people respond differently, person to person, under anesthetic, (it makes some people violently ill and immobile for days) I know I have not had my spinal column exposed, the bones drilled or the nerves messed with, but I can imagine the level of pain such surgery might cause, because I have had nerve damage in my neck since birth. As well, since it is obvious, considering the level of work Yoshiki san has been involved in over the past year after a ten year hiatus, not just with X but with the orphanage in China as well as JRock Revolution and Yoshiki Mobile and meeting contractual obligations, perhaps the moniker of 'Drama Queen' in this particular situation is unfounded? *ducks the rotten tomatoes and raspberries* lol

You are very right, I've been telling them this from the very beginning. It seems that no one has been through a surgery or any kind of nerve damage. I myself know that surgery, no matter what it is, is a big thing really. One of my friends died during gullbladder surgery. So, anything to do with your health should be taken seriously.

*sweatdrop* poor Yo, I know how you feel buddy! I know it's hard...but five meters is enough to make you vomit after surgery. I got out of bed a day after mine and they made me walk down the hall, when I got back to my room I was so dizzy and my stomach was turning violently. So, it's not a laughing matter when you are going to hurl.

Pocky, Ramune, and an X Japan poster at an anime convention. The vender was hot and reminded me of Uruha.

I know how he feels! The tube down the throat will make you hoarse beyond beliefe and when you wake up with that thing going down your throat you start coughing really bad. It wasn't fun.  But I'm glad he is alright because I was really worried about him.

It's about 9:50 in LA right now, so he could still be in surgery or going into it. But as for him working till he can't work anymore (-_-) I'm going to rant about that on Myspace later.

He will be back to his workaholic nature in no time! Give or take two or three months. Actually I think he is pretty worried himself, surgery is scary. I was scared too, of course I didn't realise that I was asleep until I woke up in recovery with a tube going down my throat. Talk about scary. Waking up to that. I panicked and then sleep caught up with me. But yeah, I think this isn't his first rodeo and that he'll recover eventually. So my prayers are with him.

And yes, I am critical about this sort of thing.  ;D

My love goes out to Yoshiki!

I meant no offense to anyone, it's just that I see a lot of people who are selfish. If I did offend anyone I am truly sorry, but a lot of fans are more worried about the concert. Recovery does take a long time, I'm still recovering from my surgery that was in April, my body hasn't gotten use to being without an organ yet (-_-) I can't eat most of the foods I could before. So yes recovery time varies from the type of surgery. Since this one has to do with nerves being pinched by a herniated (not sure if I spelled that right but I don't care I'm tired) disk, surgery on the nerves can be very dangerous. I'm more worried about his overall health than anything else.

Again if I offended anyone, I apologize. I'm sure you mean everything with a good heart but there are some people who are indeed impatient.

I agree with Eos, the surgery has a chance of failing so don't get your hopes up just yet. Concerts are concerts, you can't control what happens and neither can Yoshiki. And for those of you who have had any sort of surgery, you know how painful it is when you wake up. You basically have a knife wound. I was in pain for two weeks striat after having my appendix taken out. It's not fun and pain also makes your stomach go sour on you, not a fun experience. The recovery for any small surgery is a month for you to fully heal. This I would assume is a medium surgery because of the thickness of the skin around the area (at the back of the neck) but nevertheless it is still something that takes time to recover from. So he could be out for upwards to two months, then there is the time it takes to practice. So, please people, this is something serious when dealing with nerves. Numbness in the hands is never a good thing. You should support him instead of being selfish and going for the concerts (I don't mean to offend anyone, but it's the truth). Yoshiki has been selfless for the longest time, I think we should allow him to recover so that he can perform for us.

That's as bad as naming your goldfish Toshi, your cat Heath, and your going to name your first horse after Sugizo because it just works.
