I know the new album is set for release sometime early next year, so how close is it to being complete?

[Laughs] I would say 90 percent done. We wanted to try to finish it before this North American tour was done, but we’re probably going to have to finish it afterwords.

I was really hoping they would manage to release it before Christmas because I want an excuse to get a copy for everyone I know x)

It sounds like a repeat of the Dahlia album, lol. They release all the songs and then release all the songs on an "album", lol.

To be fair, this is how most Japanese artists do it. Singles are way bigger overseas than they are here in the states.

One of their tour buses -

Actually, this is just 1 of their buses. There were a total of about 5-7 vehicles. Big show=big cars.

Very cool! I didn't know Yoshiki was a fan of Slayer and Tool!

Who do you trust when everyone's a crook?

"We want to do a longer tour next year..."  <- I like the sound of that!

I got all excited again when I read that too! That concert meant so much to me that I would want them to play Massey Hall again just for it's intimacy. I mean, imagine them playing the Air Canada Centre, it would be epic but Massey Hall just has that close-knit feel. Whichever venue they return to, I'll be there as a loyal fan awaiting their arrival :D

That was a really great interview. We actually LEARNED something about the man this time! If they come again to Canada there's no way I'm missing it!!
