I'm not certain about Otokaze either, somehow I also thought they weren't officially over, but I really don't know for sure.
I didn't even know about Taiji with Heavens or Taiji & Gen, wow. He IS getting like Yoshiki. What kind of projects/what kind of music are these? Have any songs been released yet?
I just took a look at werockcity.com; I don't 100% understand it either, but it looks to me like they are "re-branding" as a very ambitious multimedia company, sort of like a rival for MTV and VH1? In addition to the magazine it looks like now there's also TV shows and concert promotions? If that's what they're doing... I'm very impressed! They seem to be taking a more worldwide approach now too. Rockin'f used to focus mainly on Japanese bands, but it looks like the new WeROCK will have a lot more about the western bands.
And i thought Otokaze doesn't exist anymore... at least their site is down and the activities stopped, as well... but i don't know
As for Taiji = Yoshiki.... err... didn't we talk about it already...? Somehow they ALWAYs were so similar in soe ways - I mean, breaking the rules, being stubborn... Yoshiki was the Boss Taiji always wanted to be... well...
And the Taiji & Gen Project... guess, there nothing happened, at all... I mean, it was such a drag to find a name then and it turned out to be Taiji & Gen LOL
An then D.T.R reunited and well... since then you can't hear anything about Gen anymore from Taiji...
And as far as I know Taiji is sometimes support for Heavens... which is rather kinda cover band
So now, we only have to get him back to X
WeRockCity: Yeah it's a pretty cool idea the multimedia promotion and such... too bad that we can't get the mag outside Japan, but well, one problem i find is that it seems to be really hard to get into talk to other members there. I mean, there's your room but you have to check every single room, and the only thing which tells you something about the person are the items, and maybe the blog... but well, similar to MySpace in that sense, but a little more difficult as it seems. Though it's a great opportunity to watch video footage, get infos about music and items, and instuments etc...
