He's a laiaaar :cry:

He's not as acrobatic as people make him out to be that's when a stuntman comes in his place (back in the day it was mostly his buddy Yuen Biao who is the REAL acrobat of the Chan - Hung - Biao team). He did however do all the stunts shown in the outtakes but many were just too risky physically I guess (but that fall from the clockt tower, that he did by himself... :?)

Like, I remember some scene from, um, Drunken Master, I think, when he's bending faaaar back, dat was Biao for example.

But that way I realized the awesomeness that is Yuen Bioa, dude used to play his character, be the stunt coordinator/coreographer and be stuntman for half a dozen people on the same movie. Too bad you can hardly ever see that because the Jackie movies on dvd (we have here in Austria) have hardly any extras. (all the things I said above he's been doing in Shanghai Noon, he's like EVERYWHERE)

Huh? Someone with a gun can just walk up close to you and kill you too. And people with guns usually aim for parts of the body that are important for life, and real-life guns are not like those Stormtrooper movie guns that automatically miss everything they aim for.

Unless he's throwing the knife, which is not exactly common and can only be done once (because then you've lost the knife

), a guy with a knife can only injure people within an arm's length of him. And then said person screams or whatever and everyone else gets the hell away.

It's also much more possible to successfully wrestle a knife out of someone's hand than a gun.

And that sucks about Jackie. :?
