Yeah, Pharaoh are a pretty good band (although not as good as labelmates Battleroar, haha!). I've only heard Be Gone, but that's one of the better US power metal records of recent years. Have you heard the two older records?

Lets see:

X Japan (I have been listening to them actively for almost a year now...that's extremely long for me!)
The Killers (I can describe all their songs with one word: Cool!!!)
Coldplay (First band that bought me into the whole music thing, first song: Speed of Sound)
Keane (Their music is special to me for some reason...)
hide with Spread Beaver (His music really is amazing, and he is the only artist I listen to that has multiple singing styles)
L'Arc~en~Ciel (First japanese band I really listened to. Their music rocks and I have only heard a small amount of it!)
The Pillows (They are musically clever in my opinion, and the lead singer's voice is awesome. Their music makes me happy! Blues Drive Monster!!)
Travis (Great band, although I do prefer their more rockier songs)
Muse (Even though I don't really listen to them much anymore, I still have all their studio albums and like their style of music)
Snow Patrol (Can't stand their early stuff, but their mainstream music is good. Althought Grey's Anatomy killed there singles for me...I can't stand Chasing Cars anymore!)

Yeah, I just recently got Be Gone, it's pretty awesome. And yeah, I have their two other albums, both of which are brilliant and are both better than Be Gone, in my opinion. You should look out for them.

Must I say why? Well, No 1: because they are the best band of the world, I really love Vanashing Vision and Blue Blood, the have/ had great guitarist(s) (it's sad that now there are only three legends and one average person), the music of X really inspire and faszinate me; No 2: great guitarist, fantastic sound; No 3: one of the best metal bands forever; No 4: they have one of the greatest bassist forever, Taiji (must I say more?); No 5: well, legends, nice live performance; etc.
