Today, ToshI posted a new blog, clarifying some issues. As ToshI has used his MIXI account to post both personal and professional news, and this is clearly an issue he wishes to be known to fans - and as overseas fans might suffer from the same confusion as Japanese ones - we feel justified translating and publishing it. As before, however, we want to mention that the translation is NOT approved by ToshI or his agency and that if an English version is published or we are requested to, we will remove this translation as soon as possible.
Regarding inquiries about a misleading annoying issue
I would like to clarify that at this time* I am not in any way connected to or involved with CD and DVD, [for pay] downloads, Tshirts, postcards and other merchandise previously released through Healing World or Home of Heart with "MASAYA"** listed as producer.

There still remains the listing of "TOSHI OFFICIAL," but contrary [to the statement/name - Ed] it is in no way official.
I regret any misunderstanding or troubles anyone might have encountered from the issue above.
Regarding material still on sale mentioned above, I am not related to any of that [implied: nor acknowledging/consenting to it - Ed] nor can I answer any inquiries about it.
In the near future I will also open my new official [lit: officially authorized by me - Ed] site, 『武士JAPAN』 - "SAMURAI JAPAN." Equally, I will soon open a newlly approved by me "Tosh1-CLUB" fan club for fans.

*The way ToshI uses "at this time" in his post makes it clear he is referring to "now, as opposed to the past," clearly distancing himself from that past in a way that precludes an further association.
**ToshI uses "meigi no MASAYA" when referring to him, referring to his "assumed name" (meigi) as producer."
