X JAPAN World Tour / Re: Europe Tour: Hope/Wishes etc...
« on: October 17, 2010, 06:53:56 PM »
Hum... I hope they do some dates during 15-25 april because it's holiday for me and it would be easier to travel (I know I'll have university work but meh) to more than 1 country. I also wish they came to play in Barcelona (Sakurada Familia! lol) . I wish they played Tears... Also other ballads like Forever Love, Without you... I wish I could be in the first row, with good sound, and see it comfortably... XD I wish if they do more than 1 country I can meet my non-Spanish friends in the same concert! If they don't come to Spain, I wish they went to cities with good communication and interesting to see (Not like Bochum ORZ)

I hope they had a manager like J from Vamps who speaks english and you know who you are talking to (xD)

There are a lot of things I can hope lol

There's been like 10 different uploads of Endless Rain now, didn't anybody record Rusty Nail, Kurenai, X and I.V?

There are some:
Kurenai http://bit.ly/9Lso08 / http://bit.ly/a6DHeg
X http://bit.ly/a0mICT
I.V http://bit.ly/chdv06

I don't really mind them using recorded tracks. Maybe they should say it so people doesn't misunderstand?

13
xDDD That comment Yoshiki made about the r made me laugh because it reminded me of when I asked a japanese friend to say "Perro pero pelo" XDDDDDDDD Don't know I think it's funny/nice to see them trying to speak your language even if they fail.

Offtopic / Re: books
« on: September 14, 2010, 11:01:08 PM »
The last book I read was Sara's key by Tatiana de Rosnay. I LOVED this book, read in 3 days xD
Now I'm reading Sophie's choice by William Styron. It was recommended in Sarah's key. Only read 2 capters, the capters are too long and it makes it a bit boring...

Both book are related to the holocaust.

I still have to finish reading:
- Anna Frank's diary (started it like 3 years ago XD)
- The last from Harry Potter... I bought it when it was released  lol and the first movie will be released in november...
- September lights by Carlos Ruiz Zafón (For now, boring, I don't like books with too many descriptions... but I'll finish it)

Don't know if comic count too but the last I read was "harukana machi he/Distant Neighborhood/Barrio Lejano" by Jiro Taniguchi and the next will be "Kodoku no gurume/El gourmet solitario" by Jiro Taniguchi and Masayuki Kusumi

I used to like fantasy books... But now I like books about history, real stories, relationships, stories that link the past and the present...
I like HP books because it has some "human" stories though (Don't know how to say xD)

The last movies I watched:

- Karate Kid: I love Jaden Smith, very funny, and the first time I see Jackie Chan in a "serious" character
- The Sorcerer's Apprentice: Don't know, I don't enjoy this kind of movies as I used to do...
- The Counterfeiters: I love this kind of movies

I hope somehow LUNA SEA management accidently stumbles upon this thread and reads my suggestion of 凛として時雨 as the support act ;)
That would be great!
I only hope people won't start bashing the support band because it's driving me mad already

I wish they teamed up with X and did a tour together or something, being managed by Luna Sea, if posible XD

Neo tokyo charged 69€ to my account, I wonder when they'll start sending the tickets! I think I'll have to listen to Luna Sea again because I only "know" 2-3 songs like Rosier ans such lol

Other Bands / Re: bands/musicians from your country
« on: July 30, 2010, 06:59:11 PM »
I hope nobody will kill me for posting in this dead topic, but I like it XDDD

Well I don't listen to Spanish music at all but there are some songs I like (pop, ballads and rock) most of them are songs I used to listen to when I was younger.

1985~1986 acoustic pop ballad/ When I went on a summer camp, they used to play this song.

1997 Indie pop/ Also from summer camp. I don't like the voices but  loved the song XDD

2002 Urban rock/ I actually like their mini album "La ley innata" ( ) but I think this s their most famous song

La oreja de Van Gogh: / / / /
Pop + ballads/ This was one of my favourite bands when I was younger xDDD But the songs all almost all the same. And the singer I liked left the band :(

2001 Rumba rock? / Also one of my fav bands when I was a child (xD)

1985 pop rock/ From summer camps

XDDDD

2001 Pop Ballad/ He has a lot of haters, but I like his songs

A pop-punk/pop-rock band, this song was the for an stupid spanish TV series, so I listened to it a lot of times XD

1990 rock ballad/ One of the most famous songs in catalonia, the singer died in 1999 during a concert because of a heart attack (they say)

Lax'n Busto: / / (= Touch my balls Maria xD)
Rock from catalonia

Sopa de cabra: / /
Rock from catalonia

(Yes most of the songs are ballads, these are the songs we used to sing in summer camps at night seated around the fire xDDD)

mmmmm I hope somebody will like at least 1? XD

Covers / CUTT (前田一人/Kazuhito Maeda)
« on: July 28, 2010, 09:02:04 PM »
I guess some of you already know him, I got to know this guy through a friend some years ago but I didn't know he was an X fan xD

His stage name is CUTT and he's the vocalist an guitarist from "SHAME". He likes X JAPAN and sometimes plays acoustic covers alone and with his band.

He often makes shows through ustream, today we could watch him  playing X JAPAN songs like "Crucify my love", "Say anything", "Voiceless screaming", "Art of life", etc

I loved it so I leave his websites here in case you want to check him someday:

http://www.myspace.com/cuttsolo >> you can see 2 hide covers here, Lemoned I scream, and good bye, with his band
http://cuttblog.blog101.fc2.com/

I saw Yoshiki at Japan Expo in 2007 but I didn't get an autograph

Covers / Some covers from musicans / featured in movies
« on: July 27, 2010, 01:57:24 AM »
I love to listen to covers by musicians so I have a list in youtube XD

My list (some have already been posted)

: A Korean actor and singer, during his band's (Shinhwa) concert in Japan
: A Korean rock band, they changed the name but the song is the same (They have another song called Tears) In korean, and it's just the melody, the meaning of the lyrics is different I think.
Tears by The TRAX (The pics have nothing to do lol) : A Korean rock band then managed by YOSHIKI
: A Korean ballad singer. He sings it in his own style and a different feeling, I love it.
: Member of the Korean rock comic-duo Norazo
: Chinese cover in some TV series (I loled because I saw one of my fav actors there lol)
: Japanese pop singer
: Ok I didn't expect this one, he's for me one of the best vocalists in the korean teen idol entertainemnt now and I loved to see this xD
: member of a korean pop band, the video has nothing to do with the song xD
: Thai rock band (the voice is a bit strange XDD)

The playlist: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=132ABC67160ED05D
(Here I only posted covers of "professional" musicians)

Oh, and you can download the korean movie which features "Tears" here: http://www.avistaz.com/drama-movies/2007/windstruck-2004-korean.html
But you need an account

TV / Movies / Anime / Re: Asian Movies
« on: July 26, 2010, 04:54:02 PM »
Mmm I like asian movies but I haven't watched almost any of the commented lol I don't like horror and martial arts movies at all.

I like drama and romance&comedy so I usually enjoy korean movies the most. I like innocent and sad movies. My favourite director is maybe Kwak Jae-Young, from My Sassy Girl, The Classic, Cyborg girl, etc I try to watch all his movies, and the ones from the actor Cha Tae-Hyun

From china I like "Basic Love" a remake from a thai movie I still have to watch, "Summer's Tail", "Eternal Summer"...

From japan I like "Nobody Knows", "Heavenly Forest", "Blue Spring"...
