I don't actually like the suffix "sama" very much if it's not used ironically, not in normal spoken language, so once, when I heard "Yo-sama" I kept repeating it in disbelief until "Yo-tlama" appeard in my mind.
For the non-Czech or non-Slovak majority - "tlama" means something like... animal's mouth, muzzle or chops. I love Yoshiki's face but somethimes when I see him grinning, I think it quite fits.
