I noticed, too, that hide is no longer in the picture and I felt kind of sad. My heart hurts. But on the other hand, I feel great coz SGZ can now be regarded as the official official X Japan member not just the sixth member.

Well, it's not as if hide isn't in their heats anymore because of that. No, in contrary, I think it's good that hide finally gets his deserved rest. (At least in X, there are still tons of other hide-things around...)

I actually like this change now, it feels like X got over all their problems in the past and if finally fully back now.

I believe this photo was taken from the set of the filming of the JADE PV in LA as all of their costumes are the same as they are in the leaked photos.

I wish the digital version of this would be put up on the internet so I can make it my desktop background, it's about time there were some more professional pictures of the band taken... Not just composite member photos from live shows.

I think the last picture like this they did was back in 1996 in promotion for Dahlia.

I had been waiting for a new official picture and this one is like I expected

but a little surpised they didn't include Hide....maybe they are getting over him? or maybe he's hidden somewhere in the picture, like a subliminal message....

The new X logo with the dragon rocks its socks too...this X Japan Returns is getting better everytime

I do like the pic, and I think Hide is always in our hearts and in our minds, and a kind of immortal in that way and of course through his music, so is OK to let him rest in peace. I´ve heard, that there was a unfortunate controversy between the band and Matsumoto Hiroshi about a lot of money for using Hides images furthermore, so now they don´t use it.
There were so many changes last year for the band and it seems that make them outgrow over themself, make them much more succesfull than the years before

As the saying goes...one has to move on and get on with their life.
We cannot separate hide from X Japan nor X Japan from hide even if
they don't use his images/pictures anymore.
