Roseland Ballroom, New York - October 10th Buy Tickets - $38.50

The Roseland Ballroom (also referred to as Roseland Dance City) is a multi-purpose hall, in a converted ice skating rink, with a colorful ballroom dancing pedigree, in New York City's theatre district, on West 52nd Street.

The venue, according to its website, can accommodate 3,200 standing (with an additional 300 upstairs), 2,500 for a dance party, between 1,500 and 1,800 in theatre style, and 800-1,000 for a sit-down dinner.

I am going to see VAMPS the night before-- and getting back on line when we get out. Our tickets were officially bought this afternoon, and I am so fucking excited I can't even articulate myself well.

:D :D

I guess I'm going to go to NYAF/NY Comic Con the day before, and just wait outside the venue on sunday. Geez, I'm already going down to NYC for my other favorite band a few days before... I'm going to hate buses by the end of that week.

Does anyone know about will call? It was the only option I had as an international buyer. I'm guessing i pickup the tickets at the theatre? Can i pick them up the day before or only on the day of the gig? Would prefer the day before just in case there are any complications

in my experience, will call is day of the show. usually a few hours before the show. I think it depends on venue.

Can I just wait in the queue early and pick them up on the way in or will I have to lose my place in the queue to collect them before going in??

They're playing Comic-Con 3 days running, and on the final day also playing in New York?

That sounds faaaar too much for a band like X given Yoshiki's stamina. Maybe they will be cut-down acoustic performances? I guess only time will tell.

3 days in a row? How are they gonna do that?
Even for very young and healthy musicians that is difficult to play every day an intensive concert.
Mayby they will do some acoustic songs at Comic Con or just one or 2 songs with the whole band? But I don't believe that will be whole concerts at Comic Con.

You know, they may just be doing signings. The fact that they're on the list doesn't mean they're going to perform--they'll probably do some Q&A's, a few signings, and maybe an acoustic on Friday.

3 DAYS? .. oh, now I'm really worried about them..........hope they will play more acoustic so that Yoshiki can recover

First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win. (c)

Haha!

This is weird though. Now the Comic Con stuff has been removed from that page, maybe it will just be one day and they still have to decide which one?

Whoa whoa whoa whoa. They're going to comicon now, too? Ugh...maybe I should just try to take a week off from school... UGH, that Friday is the last day before fall break. Midterms!! This is going to cause such a headache... Oh well, at least I don't have to take a 5AM bus back to school monday morning.

It was probably removed from X's website because Comic con hasn't made a press release about it yet. I hope it gets confirmed.

Boom Boom Satellites are performing that Sunday too, it seems... I wish I could go to both shows, but I'd just impatiently want to stand in line all day. Oh well, at least my boyfriend will enjoy it.

I'm still going. I can't freaking wait, but it's too far in the future... Is anyone familiar with the venue? When are people going to start waiting?

I've been to the venue twice before for the two Dir en grey shows a few years back, but I hardly remember anything about the place barring they didn't seem to have an issue with people camping out between nights.

Anyone know what's up with the VIP option available now?

It looks like the VIP area is the section to the left of the stage where there is a cash bar. It looks to be kind of out of the way, at a bad angle.

So it won't be early entrance or meeting the band or anything that we know of?
