~I know, i know and I really like the fact that Sugizo is in the band, and he can have more guitar leads too. I was never one of those who thought that Sugizo is "replacing hide" and i know that he respects him. Cool

My problem was the the attack towards some fans's feelings with the attitude i mentioned. Plus, even if i totally love Sugizo playing more leads etc, i still don't want hide to completely disappear because he's dead.

That's good, I really want it to be fair with everyone. But I don't know how Sugizo can have more exposure whilst he's playing the lead if hide's playbacks are there. But then again, I believe the recordings are going to stay for the remainder of this tour whether we like or not.

Anyway, I also don't want hide to disappear completely from the lives if they are to make changes in the future. I understand why they show him a lot in this tour.. it was hide's dream to perform overseas as well. But if they are to continue making music after this tour then I would like for the band to reach its full potential with their existing lineup. It's not to say they shouldn't include hide in their concerts anymore.. I'd be happy if there's at least one or two hide-centric songs.

As for the ugly remarks made by other users concerning hide's death, I believe what they said are very insulting and disrespectful as well.. not just for the fans but hide himself.

2- it's not about sugizo replacing hide, it's about a guitarist replacing a guitarist
3- some peace to hide? they're commercially exploiting his image

Again, I never called all the hide fans "fantards". I am a hide fan. I just think that now he is dead, he needs some respect. And I don't think that what X is doing is respectful to him.

I know about a tour. The setlist will not change, I guess everybody here knows. They are playing for different people, they will show the same work to everyone on each place they go.

That's the point. Nobody wants to "replace hide", but replace "the guitarist spot".
Peace to hide is the only thing that X is not giving. They are insanely exploiting his image comercially. While the hide fans are crying for him, Yoshiki and Hiroshi Matsumoto are swimming in their money.

I guess 'respect' means different things to different people.
And I guess that people express it differently as well.
For all my opinion worths (and I know it's not much), I don't think that Yoshiki is exploiting hide.
Unless you tell me he gets money from Headwax and all the hide merchandise then, his actions do not look to me like the actions of someone who only cares for money.
Then again, maybe that's just how I see it.

As fpr the whole replacing thing.
Well, I am gonna repeat that I,for once, do not want him replaced and I'd be happy if half the songs were played by Sugizo and some by hide (via old recordings).
Well, it seems it's simply not possible to please everyone either way...XD

I think that even if X would stop with all the hide playbacks, holograms and everything, they'd have fully sold-out concerts. At least in Japan. Their DVD sales might drop slightly, but the question when the post-reunion shows get on DVD is another one.

Anyway, although what they do might seem like using hide commercially (I really do understand why people might think so), unless significant addition to the money income is generated by using hide as much as they do now, it really can't be viewed as such. Besides, if we look at the hologram for example, I'm quite sure it cost them a lot more than it profited them, in terms of money.

To add more on two previous posts above, everything they've shown so far about hide is X/X Japan-related. It's not like they started showing more private.. never before seen footages and pictures of hide in the concerts.

ano ne,I'd like to give my 2cents,mostly I agreed with freshtofu, magucathy and roseofpain84...
hide will always be included in every concert and sugizo only there to help not to replace, beside that's why it is called 6th member not 5th...and sugizo already said that on his blog that he joined x because he wanted to help hide and X to fulfill their dream to go overseas,so what's the big deal here...
so yes, they're going and will always use hide playbacks, and sugizo only played some songs and background, and I believe it will stay like that until the end...

and who knows maybe that's why Heath problem was solved, cause maybe Yoshiki said to Heath something like this "come on Heath, let's finish all these, let's fulfill hide's wish,it won't take long,so hang in there",and Heath finally agreed to stayed, well who knows right?!?!

I think people should grateful that X still try to accomplish what has been left by hide, cause I honestly think that X won't still be here in say another 5-10 years,ok called me pessimist but I try to be realistic, right now I can only see that they only focusing to complete this world tour (just like hide's dream). So I think if X will make a concert in each of your country, don't waste the chance,I am just saying that cause so many people criticize...better treasuring the moment than no chance at all.

To anyone who complains about any aspect of one of X Japan's concert deserves a slap in my opinion. I would be 100% satisfied just to see them on a small little stage, singing one or two songs with not even half of the effort that they are putting in now. After basically coming back from the dead, after 10 years, throwing down the plans for a World Tour which I believe will be successful from here on out, and we've got whiners about the songs which they play, the way Toshi sings, hide playbacks (and to be damn honest, I hope they don't change this because I'd love to see hide all over the screens if I get to see them in concert.) To any true X Japan fan, this is our ultimate dream for them, to be successful on a global level. I'm eagerly waiting on the USA (hopefully still Madison Square Garden) plans to be announced soon. When they are, I'll be making my way there to give them full support and enjoy whatever they play and how they play it.

I think the concert must've been on tv or something because this video of Jade on the 3rd has (for the majority) a ton of different camera angles then the ofiicial clips we've seen. I much prefer the camera angles in this video, the performance feels more epic, and it shows a lot more Sugizo, which he deserves being the new member of the band and all.

I believe that that same user has had his account deleted at least twice before because his channel looks similar and he has up some of the same videos.

Was trying to find some nice ENGLISH information about Ziggy and Juichi Morishige's other works when I cam across Joe's blog. Joe is the drummer for Ziggy and, more importantly, he was Spread Beavers drummer. Back to point, I found his blog with a picture of the World Tour Concert in Tokyo...(Don't know what day Tongue)....Apparently, he was invited to the VIP box....I wonder who else got an invite?

Is it just me, or are there more and more random people on the forum nowadays, asking for download links and starting random, useless topics in places they shouldn't?......(Ignore the fact that this is a random comment in a place it shouldn't be.... Tongue)
