Honestly, I didn't see the movie, but I think it was in a book I've read about Hannibal Lector. But it must be 15 years ago.

Oh okay. There’re 2 books / movies, Silence of The Lambs and Hannibal, this is from Silence of The Lambs, you guessed the character so I guess it’s close enough
