i'm really curious about the VUK performance. Must have been great. Kind of a surprise to even include VUK in X concert, even though at the same time it's not surprising anymore.
But it's great to see that Yoshiki is still putting efforts into this one and not only X.

It didn't surprise me that they had VUK in the concert. It's just like introducing another artist like normal concerts do... normally as opening band.

And perhaps we should put PunkScandal's real name there, Mandi Jordan.

Anyone who has been at the concert, did they really play Drain, or was it just the Studio Edition? And if they played it, with guests or without? I know lot's of questions, but I'm sure we haven't gotten any info about that till now (or I just haven't found it).

Drain was never played at the concert, the guy broadcasting the live put the mp3 on. It was from the last live I think...

I kinda agree with this, cuz it's just too weird having Drain at the start of Yoshiki Drum Solo.

EDIT: Above was about the third night, sorry my mistake, >.> @ Babak, you made me thinking of the third night .

The audience did not agree with that. The reception was extreeeeeeeeeeeemely cold. The people who seemed to like it were very few, it took a long time after they left the stage for someone to take the initiative to clap their hands. I didn't like it very much neither, and I thought it was wrong to mix them together when people payed to watch X, as they are very different types of music. If they on the other hand meant to use it as a "filler" like hide no heya while resting or something like that, then I don't mind.

The X Japan site said something about re-airing the concerts on 4/7. I don't exactly remember.

Hopefully someone in Japan will DVR the 3/29 and 3/30 shows. I haven't seen those.  Maybe they'll put out a DVD sometime for these 3 shows , that would be even better.

Yoshiki said some messages to his dad at the end of Tears.
It's very touchy knowing on how he really thinks THAT deeply about his dad even until now...

He said something like this..
"..................
Now, I’m older than you.
I have never thought beyond that time.
I’ve never imagined the picture of that night.
From now... I will try to live for you....
and... for me..." (pre-recorded)

"I will try to live with love.... with dreams, and... forever..... with tears." (live)

That's in the studio version of Tears as well. However, he says "Someday" instead of "Now" there. Maybe he changed it as he became older than his father?

And yes, it's very touching. Tears came into a whole new light for me when i understood that's who he was singing to.

Well people who have never seen the band before and have no understanding of what their music means are coming on the youtube videos of Yoshiki's drum solos on the 29th and 30th, and once again bashing it, please help sort these retards out, the videos are uploaded by someone called hsoOosh.

.....Who exactly? I don't see anything childish in what I've written, I can't tell who you're calling childish here, also the people who are insulting him are the ones being childish, go back a few pages on the comments page on the video and you can tell by their poor grammar and lack of understanding. Well maybe I'm going ott on the whole, get people to comment on the video to defend the drum solo and I should just ignore those people, but still, their comments are just incredibly dumb and annoy me.

How come Toshi cried all the way through Forever Love? I'm presuming its because they played it at hide's funeral and maybe it was bringing back some memories, is that right? Could be something completely different I guess.
